Apna Sapna, Bangalore

This company cheated me in Pride Vatika. In 2007 I was conned to buy a site worth 450 Rs for 1100 Rs, Till date I have not got back even 70% of my invested money /my hard earned money even after waiting for 10 years. Peace of mind is lost thanks to people like Ameen, Pemmiah & Sunil Baberwal.Do not listen to any of the promises made as they sell useless sites that will not give them any return even after waiting for eternity

I'm planning to buy a 3bhk villa in aagan project of apna sapna.

But read many negative reviews and also a person who went to visit already bought villa heard complaints from other new buyers saying quality of construction is compromised.

Also tried contacting one of the official of aangan who was not able to speak properly. So just confused how can they have such person with them.

Also the numbers given on their website are all not reachable. Thier contact us page is giving error.Can anybody please give more details on this.Are the amenities all up? How is the construction quality? Your help is much appreciated.!

Recently I visited Apna Sapna Aangan villas at Boommasandra, very sad to see people living without street lights. Shocked to find street dogs inside this walled community and heard there are snakes as well.

I visited this place four years before also but now the state of this layout is very unfortunate. Someone told me that the quality of the construction has been compromised to a great extent, no civil engineers and many buyers are facing litigation problems. I could see there are many villas in incomplete state for a long time. The club house has been constructed very well and locked for a long while.

Actually I liked this layout and have been watching for a while, looks like it’s a good property in the hands of a poor builder. Looks like only few people got the possession with lot of delay and living in this jungle villas.

I’m looking forward for buying one villa in this area and I see there are few new projects starting soon around this place with better price and facilities. I see the reviews are very old on this property. Any recent buyers of Apna Sapna Aangan can help me understand the real problems.

Everybody has bad times and good times.

In Apna Sapna case kindly understand that the management due to various reasons had setback and losses. As customers we were pulled along with them and many of us had frustrating waiting periods, many are still waiting, I had a 7 year waiting time.

But in spite of all this Mr Sunil Baberwal who is MD of Apna Sapna still sits at Bangalore office and patiently hopes that these bad days will be gone soon and he can deliver all the properties as promised. Well in my case I could get a deal going and I have purchased villa no 15 in Apna Aangan.

The house is built well and not even a single leak was observed. The construction quality is good and I found the house well built, some minor works which will take another month to get over, If everybody starts putting negative comments on the project and nobody buys it, from where will the builder get the money to recover and make progress in the project, well instead of fighting and accusing we need to work out for a best deal in such times.

As another customer I took a path which was a win win situation for both Apna Sapna and myself hope others will opt for the same. From the project side well some help from Mr Sunil and from the residents at Apna Aangan hope things will improve very soon.

I hope this review will help many others to get a feel that the project is not so bad at all and that things will improve soon.

This is Manohar Raj living in INDIRA Nagar, Bangalore and working as a senior custom manager in Honda.

In the year of 2009 I thought of buying a 2 BHK flat in nearby location to Indira Nagar for that I visited and met many our friends to choose a builder who have good flat price with quality base construction. So I came to Apna Sapna builder who has a project in Domlur which impressed me and my family.

In December 2009 I went to their office and booked a 2 BHK flat. At the time of booking I was thinking whether they will live up to our expectations or not. There were so many doubts in our mind but Apna Sapna sales team, as well as CRM people are really good they cleared all type of doubts that we had. Now I am living in our new home, I have got all amenities which they had promised me.

In the end, I and my family are happy in our home.

I booked the villa 5 years back and still they have not handed over the keys to me. From 2008 they have started paying Rs 15000 each month for the delay in the project. After paying around Rs One Lakh, they stopped paying that also. Now the amount reached around 3.5 Lakhs. So I filed a case against apna sapna. When I checked my villa in Jan 2012, Only one person is given the key in the entire 108 villas. That is vinayksharma as he mentioned below.

How come other people didn't get the keys when we all booked our villas 5 years back?

I am planning to buy one villa in this project(in resale). Is it a good place for living and is it livable area?? Is it a good and legally clean property??

Am I go a head in this?? Will Builders will create any problem?? What is the current price for 30x40 villa??

Please provide some of your valuable input so that I can be make some discussion..

Their property has litigation, deal with them at your own risk. Marketing team call many times with sole objective to get some advance from you.

After knowing about litigation when I asked them to refund my money, they made all false promises about approvals, didn't get refund.

Apna Sapna's MD Sunil Baberwal is a big thug who will never refund money. Mohammed Ameen is other associate who talks nicely but screw royally. Think twice before paying them a penny.

I have been cheated by them and lost my money please don't fall into their trap.

Apna sapna angan layout staff full of cheaters. Don't fall in there trap. They are looters and you will cry throughout your life a lot if residence are already crying because of there staff rude behavior. Very poor management and staff. Not at all professional.
