We did not get the copy of approved plans, society registration documents and conveyance of deed land, so I would definitley say that something is wrong!

No demand in the market

The surrounding land has no great demand both from investors or buyers. This was not the case previously. The local brokers are not been able to get wind of the launch as either the properties are of very high range or either NRI investors have been lacking to show interest in very expensive properties because of demand side factors.

The water supply at this place is bad and there is no car parking for everyone! The facilities and amenities that they provide are always overcrowded so it is not worth it at all!

Don’t go with the sweetness of the builder

The builders are very sweet till the time of possession, but once the possession date starts nearing, they show their true colors. No one will answer your phone and they will not even give any explanation for the delay in possession of the flat on which you have invested your heard earned money!

Need to build several high-end restaurants

Since there are very less good eating and dining facilities, people prefer to stay abreast with locations that cater to their needs as and when they need it so as to go out to eat and live.
