Don't buy homes from Amarprakash builders fraud

Last week of April 2016 we went for a site visit for 2 bedroom apartments in royal Castel in above mentioned address but price was not in our budget above 30 lacks so we decided to leave but the sales representative

and Mr.Ram Kumar mobile(8643852027),

Sathish.R(9940600132) and Cheif Executive Aadarsh Surana

promised us no need to worry about loan just pay Rupees ten thousand we arrange loan through our tie up banks otherwise we will refund your ten thousand money. But after giving ten thousand they forced us with their team to give another 20 thousand and we paid them in following week but after that they never contacted us and when we repeatedly contacted them they said they said they will give full refund after that they never picked up phones.When reached through mail they simply sent a email that according to term of conditions signed no refund will be availed.
