Review On Amarprakash Builders, Chennai

I bought a flat from Amarprakash builders in their project called "The Royal Castle" at Thirumudivakkam Chennai in anticipation of many amazing amenities given in their colourful fancy brochure. But today, I am regretting my decision. Still after 3.6 years of key handover the amenities are on the papers only. We still don't have club house, Piped gas connection, Shopping complex, ATM, swimming pools, Play area n many more as promised by them. The management is having their own maintenance agency and charging exorbitant amount in the name of maintenance charges and common consumption charges. The building is having so many constructional defects too. Residents are forced to sign lifetime agreement for maintenance.

Please visit the apartments and talk to the real owner see around and then decide. Don't put your hard earned money in the project.
