After payment, loan disbursal the under construction property has no sign to show ready fr possession. moreover they dont pick calls, no email responses, demands more money which is no where mentioned in agreement, not only this, they dont even share the NOC nor completion certificate due to which the bank doesnt disburse the pending amount. To this they asks us to pay it without noc without intimation of possession. moreover they want to charge us on interest for delayed payment. Completely fraud.
