The builder never fulfill any commitment in any of their projects! Just focuses on selling and keep on finding new preys! For buying flat( definitely a budget flat offer), they offer me a cheaper flat and offered a parking slot for Rs 1 Lakh and handing over by June 2015 .

Both these are yet to happen and now it started threatening to pay Rs 3 Lakh for parking and additionally aks to sign documents requesting them to wave of payment delay charges which in real never happened from my banker as all payment was on time and it is paid fully.
