Review On AKH Developer, Ghaziabad

They are worst builders in Noida. They cheat customers by telling lie. They take advance for flats and never call you and when you ask for refund, they ignore your calls and even block the calls. I had booked one flat from them in Dec 2014, and given advance 50000 INR. They put bhoomi poojan in noida near CISF camp. After 1 month I got call from them that they failed in soil test. They assured me that in 1-2 month they will return back the amount. This is March 2017, they had stopped picking my calls and not returned my money too. They had changed there office address too. So beware before buying any property from AKH Developers.
