I was planning to buy a 2BHK flat in Kolar road I went to Sagar green hills Kolar road site. it was such an amazing site which makes you feel close to nature as it has a wonderful mountain view and very green location. I have bought a duplex in sagar avenue. Ayodhya by pass road Bhopal. I feel contruction quality of flat is very good. The design of house is also very good. House is very airy & full of lights. One thing I liked was roads in colony is fantastic & I didnt find anywhere in Bhopal. Colony water drainage plan is also very good.

Poor services in Sagar Golden Palm, Bhopal

Very poor maintenance and services. Builder and his staffs do not bother or response on residents's complaints. Once the flat is purchased, the builder is no more in mood to listen any complaint.

Only fake promises was done at the time of purchasing and after purchasing only fake commitments are being done.

The builder's attitude is to earn huge money only and security of residents is not his duty. He only makes fake promises at the time of purchase and after that he never tried to know what he promised and what is provided. No proper sewage system is developed and nothing else done for street lights.

No proper parking, No security, Burst construction, No proper maintenance in Sagar Golden Palm, No proper seepage, They Are given continue false commitments from last three year boundary wall is also very short major issue for security and parking etc. I m very much hopeless for purchase the property in sagar golden palm
