Construction is good but the after sales that is the maintenance provided was pathetic, I am a owner of one of the duplex in signature city, you have to go the maintenance office daily for reminding them for the pending work but no one bothers to take action on them, please think twice before investing your hard earned money in signature city.

Recently I have complained about the wall Seapage 100 times to Mr patel working at signature city but he never bother to take action regarding the issue.

my experience is very bad about the after sales of signature city.
