I wanted to ask about Adarsh Palm Retreat, we are planning to buy a resale 3 BHK in Daffodil tower for around 1.2 cr which they say that we will get in Dec 2013. Is it a good deal or not?

What are the facilities given at present, since the club house is yet to build.

Please suggest.

i think you deal is good. 3BHK at present in daffodils costs around 1.4cr onwards.
I want to check the approvals for this particular project, as It seems that there are some blocks in APR which is not yet approved by Govt authorities. I ha...ve booked resale flat in same building and searching for people who are owning property in that same building (Daffodils) to know about approvals. Please provide me any info if you have.
