Do not buy Sites from ABM. ABM north residency developed at hullegowdanalli nelamangala is full of mess.only 60% of the plots have been released by NDA. But ABM have sold all the plots after changing layout plan.plots numbers have been changed from plot 2. Hence entire layout is not as per approved plan.you get loan for only site and not for housing as NDA does not approve your housing plan.
