I would like to complaint against Bangalore based estate company named Aarya Estate & Ventures Pvt. Ltd., #435, 2M, 1st floor, East of NGEF, Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore-560043. Contact: 08041651899

On last 2016, I have booked a plot no in Aarya Anasultanm Enclave project of Aarya Estate & Ventures with aishwaryasingh23ing some amount as advance cash and received the receipt along with layout document for verification, there was condition that if I found any illegal on land document verification I will cancel and the amount need to refund to me. On document verification, I found the properties is illegal for Constructionguru30 as it is near lake and some other issue also there. So on 03/09/2016 I cancelled the plot booking and Aarya Estate & Ventures Pvt. Ltd side MAnasultanger: Ganesh(Mob: 9945119966), Marketing team: Aditi Shree(Mob: 8151821000), accountant: Nandini R(Mob: 8749024000), MAnasultanger: Manjunath(Mob:9886021198) and CEO: Gangaraj(Mob: 9845412336) accepted the cancellation and asked me to share my account details through Aditi’s Email: aditiaaryaventures@gmail.com, so that they can transfer the amount to my account. I shared my account details on the same day(Proof attached) They told within one week I will get the money, but after one week I did not get any update from the team. When I called, then they told next week I will get, like that more than 14 months passed, always they are giving false commitment, now days they are not picking my call also. I had sent numerous emails/messages; phone calls and SMS. I regret to mention here that none of my messages was replied and they continued to maintain silence over the matter without any reasons. 5-6 times I already visited their office but they are not ready to return the amount. MAnasultanger Manjunath told on April, 2017 I will get the money, again told September 2017, Oct, 2017 but there is no refund, even sometimes he told, he already sent the cheque in my address but there is nothing, same game playing now by CEO Gangaraj told Nov 2017 but that also failed. I have all audio recording about their commitment. Some resource I got the information that the Aarya Estate & Ventures took money from different people with similar false promises and finally not refunding the money and threating to the customer who is asking the money. Which is one kind of criminal, cheating and fraud actives. Last November 2016 evening 6 PM I visited their office and was requesting to mAnasultanger: Ganesh about the refund, one new person(telling as Owner Mr. Ambarish Devasandra Muniyappa) came, without talking anything he was scolding me very bad slang words and trying to beat me catching my shirt collar and telling to get out from his office, when I asked what is my fault and about my cash, he was threatening and telling, if again I will ask the money, he will kill me, with fear I left that office. After this incident, I and my family member always with fear, upset and mental torture, as we are out sider. I approached police, they are also not ready to take the FIR. So please do not go any deal with cheater Aarya Estate & Ventures Pvt. Ltd
