I won't say much.

Only one thing .if you love your money and your happiness .do not go for this project.

RERA rejected
None of the Bank having this property in their approved project list, so getting bank loan is too difficult .
They dont provide OC and CC .

flats are already booked with other investors and they create another booking thou flats are already sold.
