ABROAD JOB SCAM- AADYAS VENTURES-CRUISE CONSULTING

Hello everyone.

I am writing this review to reveal some facts about AADYAS VENTURES and CRUISE CONSULTING.

I read about job vacancies in Dubai through Naukri.com where there was a vacancy about BPO jobs in Dubai with the company providing for Accomodation+ Fooding+ Transport etc etc and all other benefits.

I applied to it and got a call from cruise consulting and they conducted my telephonic round of interview and then they called me to bangalore to visit their office and speak to their MD and that was the second round. I did it and got through the second round taken by VINOD at their premises in SAHKARNAGAR BANGALORE.

After my second round, an interview with the HR in dubai was conducted through skype and I cleared it as well.(It was very brief and didn't sound professional as well and this is where I started to doubt the whole process)

Then they asked me to pay them one lakh ruppes as fees for the tickets visa and service charge etc etc and also mentioned that an e agreement would be made on stamp paper which stated that if within 25 working days I am unable to get my visa, then Aadyaas Ventures / Cruise Consulting would refund my fee and only deduct 1800 rs which is Non-refundable.

I trusted them because they seemed to be genuine in their communications and decided to go ahead with the process. I arranged one lakh rupees and booked my tickets to Bangalore. the day I was supposed to leave, I called my cousin in the afternoon who is working in Dubai, and told him the whole story. He inquired about the company I was being recruited for and every other details.He also liked the idea of me going there and already getting a job.

After the call was done and I was done with my packing and stuff, I GOT A CALL AGAIN FROM MY COUSIN WHO TOLD ME THAT HE CALLED THE COMPANY IN DUABI AFTER GETTING THEIR CONTACT DETAILS FROM THEIR WEBSITE, SPOKE TO THE HR AND FOUND OUT THAT THEIR WAS NO TIE UP WITH ANY COMPANY IN INDIA AND ITS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY HAVE HEARD ABOUT SUCH CASES BEFORE AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON THOSE AGENCIES WHICH ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY PROMISING THEM JOBS IN THEIR COMPANY. I WAS SHOCKED BUT RELIEVED AT THE SAME TIME. THANKED MY COUSIN. AND CANCELLED MY TRIP TO BANGALORE.

After a few days, I got a call from Vinod from Aadyas Ventures / Cruise Consulting and he asked me when I was coming there to make the payment and complete the agreement formalities. I told him about my cousins call to the company in Dubai. and that was the last time I heard their voice. After that there was no communications and they stopped calling me. and yes why would they. I knew their fraud and scam process upside down.

A friend of mine, whom I met in Bangalore at their office, who just like me trusted those fraudsters and scammers, was unfortunate enough to have made the payment, is fighting a legal battle and has already logged a complaint.

Hope he gets his money back soon and teaches those fraudsters a good lesson.
