Dear Viewers,


Recently I visited the Golden opulence project, and checked the price, project future, club house amenities etc.


Before going to the project, I searched about this project reviews in few of the common forum out of which the Mouthshut also one.


Before visiting the project I was not believed the bad reviews posted in this website.


Along with sales team I checked the few flats. And sales team informed that, In the South West corner(I forget the tower name) one of the block have many unsold flats.


In that tower while visiting the flats I found in many toilets there is water seepage inside the flat around the toilet pipes out lets. Unfortunately the pipes are not covered and the sales team informed that, once booking is confirmed all the pending works will be completed including the toilet pipes covering with false ceiling kind of thing and then only given for take over.


If so many flats have the water seepage I am able to understand the quality of work carried out by this builder. Even the builder is not worried about their sales angle.


With the water seepage the sales team is taking the customers to the flat for the flat selling. I am able to understand that the builders weakness in the sales point of view.


If the sales persons are seeing the water leak inside the flat, why they are taking the buyers to that flat.


Weather the sales team is not having enough sales knowledge or the sales team is not coordinating with execution team about the this kind of quality issue or the execution team is not having any pressure from any of the management side about the quality of work.


I am able to see water seepage even in the bed rooms towards the outer walls. This is also the quality issue. To attend this kind of leak in that height the builder will not carry out the rectification works.


The club house amenities are good in this project. But few of the amenities are yet to come. Even after occupying the flats by the flat buyers these amenities are not come. The already flat occupier and new flat buyers needs to seriously view this.


Why the occupied flat owners not asking about this amenities completion with the builder. There may be fund issue with the builder for not completing the amenities. The builder may invested his profit in some other project.


I can able see that, by seeing the quality of the completed amenities this builder can give the better product in that area also(where the amenities are not completed). But the builder needs to have the fund for that.


The other reviews say(in this website) that, few of the firefighting system issue in this project.


Since I am not expert on this, I am not able to give comment on this.


That issue needs to be checked with some knowledgeable person.


Due to the water seepage issue seen in this project I am not decided to book the flat with this builder at this point of time.


I am going to visit few more project in the coming weeks and then only I need to take the call. The occupied flat owners also need to check their flats especially in the toilets to confirm the water leak. This can be viewed only during rainy season. If the rain stops the leak cannot be identified.

Dear All


Today only I seen the review about opulence flats.


After seeing the reviews posted in recent days, I shocked .


In fact I am in the process of booking the flat with this builder.(And completed all negotiations/ formalities 20 days before)


Why the builder is doing like this.


If he need only money, he may increased 100 rupees per square feet and followed the all Government dept NORMS.


Instead of that, why he is blocking the fire truck movement to earn the money.(As a builder he don't know about the requirement for fire truck movement.)


More ever one of the review says that, the fire pumps are not able to run due to non availability of required power.


If that is true how the approvals are received from government authorities.


If any of the technically sound person check the entire area he may find many problems.


Like this how many surprises are going to come.


How many government dept is involving to give the approvals for this kind of residential blocks.


All dept related approval points needs to be cross checked .


Some of the residents who is living in this flats needs to approach the developer now itself to clear the all issues.


If not, all expenses to correct the issues is going to be under the all buyers responsibility.


After seeing the reviews in this website, I dropped my option to purchase the flat with this builder.


Thank God.


Accidentally I gone through this web site today and great escape from loosing my hard earned money with this builder.

I visited golden opulence last week, I have to truly tell you that they have amazing amenities of international standards. I am planning to buy a flat just for their amenities. I was just wondering why myself or my friends did not know about this place before, anyway good offer was given to me, about 800 rs per sqft offer was given and Im happy about. Nice place to book a flat.

Dear All Golden Opulence Flat Owners / New Flat Buyers


The cement portion of the golden Opulence from ceiling has been fell down in one of the apartment.


Unfortunately the flat is not sold.And no one was inside the flat during the incident.


(This news come to know by one the worker carried out that job.The workers discussing with each other in the public area).


Due to that, the Golden Homes workers rectified the problem without knowing to any one.


This may be due to to avoid the flats sales problem.


Any new buyers and occupied buyers needs to check their allapartment ceiling cement condition immediately.


Assume that, if the ceiling cement is fell down during night time while sleeping there may be any life loos occur.


If Golden Homes is genuine builder they him self needs to initiate the checking of the ceiling cement condition in the all occupied flats immediately.


But they also business people. They will not worry about the customers life. They only worry about their money.


As a flat occupants, each flat owners needs to ensure their safety.

Lot of Review posted in this public forum about the golden Opulence.(I collected the all information by many customers and posting in this message)


Please share your views to pressure the builder by the new flat booking customers. By sharing the information you are helping to yourself only.


Please post your views in this same mouthshut web site.


The builder needs to be pressurized by already bought flat owners and all new clients who is in the process of finalizing the flat purchase.


Due to any reason if the flat is not booked the customers who seen the flat, inform the reason to the sales team stating that due to the following reason only I am not booking the flat.


If the reply goes to the builder from 50 to 70 new clients the builder have no chance to correct the all issues.


LET US HELP EACH OTHER.


1.) The Car Park marking is carried out by affecting the fire Truck Movement.(No access for Fire Fighting vehicle).


2.) The builder is not having the CMDA/Fire dept approved car park drawing as per the present marking.(The builder needs to get the present car park drawing approval from CMDA / Fire dept).


3.) Maintenance money not given by the builder for the flats which is not sold by him. If the already occupied owners and new buyers not insisting to pay the monthly maintenance money by the builder- approx monthly extra Rs 2000.00 needs to be bear for the common area maintenance by each owners for the area which is not bought by any individual as of now.


4.) One of the mouthshut user stated that, there is no power source for the fire fighting pump. I am not sure about the norms in this. The already occupied flat owners can engage the technical consultant for knowing the government norms.


5.) The already occupied flat owners needs to ensure that, the water treatment system, sewage treatment system is having proper test results. This is the very critical area where our health issues start affecting. If I am correct few of the approval needs to be given by the pollution control board.


My fried bought the flat from one of the leading builder in chennai, they are not received the approval from pollution control board.(By the builder)


The builder is also sold all flats and left the project.


Now the association team is suffering to get the approval from pollution control board.And the association team needs to pay the money to the pollution control board and the expense for this approval is very huge amount.(Approx 50 Lakhs).


If the inspection of the consultant study result says, the installed system everything is normal, the consultant fees can be paid by the association people.


If the study result of the consultant says, there is a abnormal / any important requirement is not installed by the builder the consultant fees needs to be paid by the builder.


4.)One more think, one portion of money given to the builder as a corpus amount by all the each flat owners. This amount needs to be returned by the builder to the association as a full amount for the all flats he collected.


This collected money is veru huge like this, for this kind of project volume


Few of the builders misuse this money like using this money for some other projects and they are not able to return the money to the association.


In that situation what the builders do that, the builder will make misunderstanding between the association members and inform the all occupants to collect the corpus amount back from builder.


If the builder says to return the corpus money, to refund the entire money that will take minimum 3 to 4 years due to many customers are not available locally.(This is one way of buying Time)


Also if the individual person go and ask the refund the corpus money, the builder will make sure to approach the builder for more that 10 days by each customer.(This is also one way of buying time). Returning of the already collected corpus fund is suicide attempt. If there is no corpus find with the association team that all, there will not be any maintenance money available with association members.(For example the building external can not be painted even for 100 years for non availability of money. With The monthly collected money the day to day requirements only can be met).


Also association members needs to ensure that, the new flats sales corpus fund is deposited where.


And all the previous collected corpus fund and new sales flat corpus fund needs to be deposited in one account and the association team is entitled to get the interest for this money.


I am also one of the buyer in this project and now I am in abroad.


Few of our friends collecting the information of the abroad customer of this flats and trying to make the conference call in the couple of weeks.


Once the all abroad customers have that conference call, The all abroad customers also will start pushing this builder.

Dear All Flat Buyers.


I also purchased the flat in Golden Opulence and now the property is rented now.


Now I am not living in India and in abroad due to my official needs.


Few of my friends also purchased the flat in opulence and few of them also in abroad.


By seeing the one of the review posted by this mouth shut viewer about the maintenance money not giving by the builder for the unsold flat and few more reviews about the contractors payment issue the builder can not sell and complete his construction activity for the next 5 years minimum.(This is due to the present market trent, ineffective team working in the sales team, the builder is not having fund to complete the project, may be he may not approach the banks also for the project funding.


If this is the case what about for the next 5 years. Why as a flat buyers we need to share our money for the unsold flat maintenance.The unsold flats also have the UDS area.The builder only needs to pay the money for the unsold flat.


The builder is not liberal during our flat purchase process. He charged interest for even 10 days late payment to me.


If the builder is able to maintain the premises without putting his share then he is charged the extra money with us.


We need to get the refund from him. I am already planning to send the request to the builder with proper backup document.


The already occupied flat owners need to start pushing the builder to put his money for the maintenance cost or he need to give the refund of the extra money collected.


Until that we should not leave the builder.


I have the doubt about the association president also.He knows about this well. Why he is not putting pressure on builder. That means he is getting some free service from builder.Otherwise he is having something in his mind to steal the money form the association account.


I am puting my experience in this forum is the new buyers needs to know about the builder before paying the money.


Some of the group members can be created from the already occupied owners and extend the help / information to the new buyers before they pay the money.If the all new buyers insist for the same for the next 3 months the builder can not ex-cap.He need to put his money without fail.


Letus work together and get the money for the unsold flats from the builder.


If we are not giving important for this now we need to suffer lot.


I will inform to my friends also who lives in abroad about this and they also extend the support to get the unsold flat maintenance money from builder.


If any one having any other idea to get the money from this builder let execute same without further delay.


Our Hard Earning money . Some one is cleverly stealing from us.


See my case I left my family in india and working alone in abroad for my future financial requirement. But silently this builder is stealing the money without knowing to me.

I read that, One of the mouthshut writer mentioned that in the Golden Opulence flats there is no security posted in the each towers and no security inside the compass .


How the flat occupants accepting for this kind of operation.


In Chennai many apartment collecting the maintenance amount from the flat owners and effectively using that money. That to interms of security no one will compromise in the security.


Since this building is high raise building there is a chance of unauthorized person enter in the apartment and the older age peoples kids, ladies staying alone may be disturbed.


Recently there was a news in the TV new channels stating that the terrorist was stayed in the opulence apartment . Even after so much threat happened in the premises the flats occupants are living with out security.


Without security person the flats are under high risk.


If there anyunsold apartment is still present in the premises, then the builder needs to put his share for the all unsold apartment maintenance cost on a monthly basis.


All Flat owners needs to fight with the builder to use the entire maintenance money collected for the apartment maintenance. The builder should not divert the money for some other use.


Insist the builder to give his share for the unsold flats if any.


If the flat owners live the builder now that will be the practice of the premises till the end.


This will lead to misuse the collected maintenance money after selling the all flats and collected money will be misused by the association people who is going to run the maintenance.(The money will be collected lot but facility will not be there for the collected money. The excess money will be misused by the association people who run the maintenance).


Also ensure that, the builder is having any few flats owners in his control so that, the builder will satisfy him alone by spending small amount of money and earn more money from the collected maintenance money.(Normally few builders will do like this) Thanks

I am doing the plumbing work in chennai city to many builders. Few months before, I received the call from the Golden Homes employee stating that, need to do the plumbing work in the 2 towers and requested me to visit the flat.


Myself also visited the flats and checked the condition of the status. I understood that, the plumbing work was already started in this towers and the contractor not continuing the job.


After that, I started to check that why that contractor was not carried out the work.


While enquiring the same I received the shocking message about the builder.


I came to understand that, this builder is very arrogant character person. He is not paid the due amount to any of the contractor for the past 20 months. Instead of paying the money to the contractor for the executed work, the builder is insisting the all contractors indirectly to pay the more money and buy the apartment in the same location.(for their due amount). If the builders does not pay the due amount for quit long time what the contractors will thing. Instead of leaving the money why don’t pay few more money from their end and buy the flat. The builder is forcing the all contractors to that stage.


Then I informed this message to our contractors association and they started to check the truth. First they collected the information about the contractors who carried out the work there.


All the contractors are saying the same message that, the builder is insisting to buy the flat for their due amount by paying more money.


There is no common sense to this builder; the contractors are carrying out the work for the small amount of margin. Comparing the other field like commercial building, industry building, etc the residential project related works are very long term work and the contractors needs to carry out the work repeatedly. So their margin in this kind of works are very minimum. Without knowing this basis the builder is killing the all contractors.


Since the builder is insisting the contractors to pay the more money to sell the flats to them they are not able to pay the money to buy the flat and not able to carry out the works.


In fact one of the plumbing contractor attempted for suicide for the payment is not received from the builder, due to he is not able to pay the money to his material suppliers. Now the work is not carried out by the contractors and the builder is carrying out the work with the road side labours and the quality of the job will be very worst.


In my experience I can say that, the work carried out by the road side labours will definitely will give the problem after 6months that time the builder will say the guarantee period is over .In this condition the flay buyers needs to struggle to resolve the issues.


After enquiring the all above I was not responded their call .So that I was not forced by this builder for the suicide attempt. Recently one of my frined try to buy the flat in opulence. During the process of buying the builder is tried to cheat my friend, in terms of costing and he payed the advance money and canceled the flat. Even after sharing my experience to my friend he paid he advance money and now he realized about my experience and builders character.

Dear All Mouth Shut Viewers / Golden Opulence Flat Buyers


The review posted by one of the person name called Mr. Farnelldean is true.


Few days before I visited the golden opulence flats, and before visiting the flats I gone through the all reviews in the mouthshut about this project and not believed the messages posted in the mouthshut.


But after visiting the flats and met the marketing team and casually enquired about the price of the flats and availability of all approvals. But while going to the flat I cross checked the all CMDA approved drawing from one of my friend(and CMDA project completion status in the CMDA Website) who already bought the flat there.(He booked the flat in 2015 and got the all documents from builders. Also he received his flat and rented the same now). There is a no way similarity between the CMDA approved car parking layout and car park marked layout at the compus. While checking this point with the marketing team they are coolly saying that CMDA drawings cannot be followed by any builders. Definitely 200 more car parking marked out in the compus by comparing the CMDA approved drawing qty.


Now the car park price they are saying as 4Lakhs each. If so the builder is earning 8 Crore rupees more by cheating the all flat buyers and government authorities by allotting the unauthorised car parkings.


Also my friend told that the builder is not customer friendly and while the customers are following with him for the delay of the project hand over, he told that “YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF APPROACHING THE COURT AGAINST ME”and file the case on me.


If one person is saying this kind of answer to the customers who already paid the money, see the attitude of him. This shows that until he receive the money they will say all unusual commitments, once they receive the money the answer will be something hard and they will put the customer in trouble.


In the helping mind to my friend, I further enquired about the fire fighting pumps working condition with the maintenance team who placed in the one of the tower. My friend only given one of the electrician contact no of maintenance team, and this electrician is carried out the fixing of Fans and Lights in my friend house during his Grahapravesam.


I casually checked with him about the fire pumps working condition. He says that the fire pumps are bigger in size and which cannot be run through the available power. To run this pumps something diff type of power need and the builder is not availed that. And now that power cannot be availed.


That means at any point of time this fire pumps cannot be run.


And he says that if at all any fire in the opulence flats, the external fire dept people only needs to come and attend. The fire pumps cannot be run atall.


Only one issue about the opulence is posted by one of the person and which helped me to avoid the buying of the flat with this builder. I need to say thanks to the person who initially posted the message.


And also that maintenance person told that, the builder is not payed the money to the contractors who carried the different jobs and now they are not working effectively. Only the unskilled workers are working without quality.


Even the maintenance person monthly salary also not paid to them even after collecting the money from the flat owner for monthly maintenance.


That means he is collecting the money from the flat buyers as maintenance and investing somewhere else. After hearing this I took the call not book the flat with this builder.


The maintenance team members are very much angry on builders for not paying their money.(Naturally there will not be any ethic, sincerity in the job by the employee, if they are not receiving their salary)


One more beauty is, there is no security posted in the any of the towers. This is very danger to the old age people, females and children’s staying alone without any male person in the home.


And decided to post my experience in the mouthshut review.


Who ever want to book the flat with this builder please inform the builder to correct the illegal thing and then book the flat. Till then do not give even token advance.


Otherwise if you have the strong legal backup like advocate, Judge support then only you can fight with this builder. This builder is that much difficult person.(My friend says).


Also one more important message my friend given me that, thehead of sales will not work in the Golden Homes for long time.(There will be frequent change)and giving any payment is highly risk due to frequent staff replacement.


My friend having the doubts that there is a duplicate bill books are roaming in this company and even the owner of the company don’t know that.


Beware of payments.

By reading the Unauthorized car park allotment by avoiding the Fire Truck movement, which is clearly showing that the builder is paid bribe to all government officials to use all open area car parking.


4 Days before myself and my friend visited the opulence flats and met the Sales team.


I enquired about the flat cost and car park allotment details. Before visiting the opulence I seen the mouth shut reviews. And not discussed anything about the car park issues.


But while discussing the sales team there explanation clearly indicated that they are allotting the car park illegally only.


And enquired about the fire pipe lines system working condition. For that also they are not given the clear answers. Not able to show the fire pumps working condition.


But while returning I checked he all pumps and it seems after installing the pumps the pumps are never used. There is a 4 fire pumps installed in the fire room.


I am requesting new buyers to insist the sales team to show the all fire pumps working conditions physically. But they cannot show, I am sure. If you pay the money and buy the flat the park of your money goes to that fire pumps also.


I requested them, to show theopen area present car park approval with any one of the government approved seal. But they are not able to show.


But the already approved by the government authority with seal and signature is totally differs from the present marking.


While asking the reason for the change the sales team is not able to give the answer.


Now I am trying to find the ex-employee who worked in the sales dept contact no. Through the opulence site maintenance person I will get the contact no very soon. If I speak to him I can able to give more information.


I need to say thanks to MOUTH SHUT web sitetomade me more understandable about the project before visiting the project.


All new flat buyers who is searching the flats needs to share their experience and make the buyers more understandable about the project before visiting.


Especially the GOLDEN HOMES owner is in the field for long time he knows well how to cheat the customers and how to cheat the government authority and fill his account balance.

Dear Members


I understand the issue by reading the reviews about the car park allotment.


This is very ridiculous done by the builders.


I need to share my experience in this forum.


Lats year I went to Golden Homes Corporate office to buy the flat in the opulence .


There was a discussion had between myself and the sales head name called Mrs. Uma maheswari.


During the price discussion, she is informing me that, the car parking cost needs to be given as a cash not by cheque.


I refused for that. And I was not purchased the flat.


After few weeks one of my known person faced the issue with Uma Maheswari that, she got cash for car purchase and not handed over to the company account and she taken the car park money of 4 Lakhs to her pocket.


After so many days fight he got that money.


That means the owner of the company is not controlling the staff or the owner is not involving in the day to activity. Due to that only this type of issues happening there.


Now one more lady name called Mrs. Rekha is sittingas a sales head . One of the sales person working under her is informed that Mrs. Rekha is resigned and rejoined more than 10 times in this company.


One employee is resigning and joining more than 10 times means


understand the company management.


Frequent changing of employee not only give problem to organization this will give issue to customers like us.


I feel that the already bought flat owners is going to face serious issues .


May be the single car park sold to two to three customers(to steal the money by the sales person)


As per the other mouthshut member posted the message, to give the fire truck movement the car park already allotted may be removed in between towers by the government authority or Flat owner association.


To avoid the latter stage issue the already bought car park owners needs to insist the builder to get the approval from Fire andsafety departmentfor the present car parking layout of the entire area. And this copy needs to be cross checked by the individual flat owners and association members.


Other wise the builder will sell the all flats and move away from the building and the each flat owners needs to fight with each other.


One more cross checking can be carried out by the flat owners that. the builder is given one set of CMDA approved drawing to all the flat buyers.(May 20 plus pages of bigger size papers)


In that drawing set, the building external drawing layout will have the car park layout approved by the CMDA dept(every drawing will have the CMDA Seal and Signature). Check that drawing and present car park marked layout and insist the builder to remove the car parks which is not in the CMDA approved drawing.


Other wise once the builders moves away there will be big fighe between the flat owners.


Once occupation of flats keep on increasing taking the car from the covered car park area(ie. in the ground floor) also going to be difficult due to lees space in the reverse side.


Note: I am doing the XEROX, Bigger size paper printing, Auto-cad drawings related business.And I done many drawings which needs to be submitted to CMDA Dept.


Hence I know the above case.


FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT NOW ITSELF WITH THE BUILDER AND OBTAIN YOUR RIGHTS. Be careful.

One of the mouth shut member raised the issue about the fire truck movement issue due to unauthorized car park allotment in the ground floor area.


If this is builder is doing the car park sales by compromising the safety issue then which is very danger.


Any one of the buyers/ occupants needs to raise this issue withe the Tamil Nadu fire and rescue Dept.


Present Director for the Tamil Nadu fire and rescue Dept is Mr. Gandhirajan IPS DGP/ Director.


The person who occupied the flats already needs to go and meet the above person and raise this issue.


If the issue is not resolved now itself latter stage the association members needs to fight with each other.

I would like to mention about the quality of maintenance carried over by the builder. As a resident of golden Opulence I would say that their maintenance is really good. The best part is they attend to problems on time. They have outsourced the maintenance to a facility management and I am happy with their maintenance.

I am living in golden opulence for past one year. The main reason I bought a flat here is because of the amenities. They have handed over all the amenities which was promised by them before the hand over date. I have seen many builders who have promised a lot of amenities and havenothanded over the same evenafter one year from the date of completion.


I really suggest this project for those who are looking to buy a flat in a good gated community with all the amenities & commercial complex.

One of the Mouth shut user raised the issue about the golden Homes Opulence Flat unauthorized car park allotment in the open area.


This is very dangerous in case of fire. If the cars are parked and the car owner is not available in the premises, then which is very difficult to move the fire truck.


I don't know why the builder is giving important to the money instead of safety.(By selling the car parking) The already occupied customer only start fighting with the builder immediately.


New buyers do not buy any car park in the open area in this project.

Dear Flat Buyers,


I was planning to buy the new flat in porur, katupakkam and poonamalle area. While searching I visited the many builders apartments.


Out of that the Poonamalle Golden Opulence also one of the flat.


My one of other fried having the knowledge of construction activity(he is Ex Employee of L&T Construction)also visited along with me.


We visited the opulence flats premisesone week before. After that my friend checked the all relevant codes of fire norms and given the following observation.


While checking the flat we found the major crises in the Golden OPULENCEis that the safety of the premises is not up to thelevel. The firefighting system is not having the TNEB power supply . They need to run only through the Diesel generator.


My friend identified that and informed to me. If at all any fire in the building, the in build fire system will not support. As per government normsthe Firefighting system needs to have the dual power source. One is from TNEB and other is fromDiesel engine operated power. Both are not available now. And also my friend says that, at present the builder cannot run the Firefighting pumps. Only thing they can run the diesel engine operated pumps. Since the usage of this pump is very rare, there is a chance for not supporting during emergency(due to failure).


In fact my friend visited the firefighting pump rooms and there is no any symptoms/ sign for taking the test run of the firefighting systems. By seeing this, the points noted by him is correct.


This doubt came to my friend is, while walking in the ground floor and in-between the towers there is a car park marking, my friend says that, the fire dept will not give fire clearance with the available space after considering the allotted car park marking. This is due to minimum road width required to move the fire truck. But in many arear there is no fire truck movement space to reach the top most floor.(To this type of building the special type fire fighting truk needs to come to reach the top most floor. Hence the length of the truck is more and which require the minimum Turing radius and road width which is not available now)


Then only he visited the fire pump rooms.


If the fire truck is not able to move then what is the chance for rescuing the trapped person recovery.


But the builder is selling the car park by cheating the fire dept. There is a chance to the car park owners who got in between the towers to loose the car park if the fire dept visit the facility again. In that case the car park money paid to the builders will not get back.


The person reading this message please share this message to the flat buyers to avoid the safety issue and paid car park money loss. One day definitely the fire dept will insist to remove the car park wher there is no sufficient space for the fire truck movement. This issue is there in the 4 building gaps. Almost 50 to 60 car parks the builders needs to refund the money.


Also many of the fire systems like announcement system, fire hooter systems all under off condition. The power supply to the system is off condition and the systems are full of dust. By seeing the system any one can understand that the system is not functioning.


Since I am posting this message in the social network(mouthshut) again the builder’s representative will say my comments is fraud in the same mouth shut.


If any of you want to clarify the above points please check the car park marking and all fire systems.


Also anyone who have the knowledge about the fire norms and minimum fire truck movement space required details and update in this same mouth shut.


Even though I dropped to book the flat in the Golden Opulence project as a helping mind to the flat buyers I am posting this observation. Who ever read this message and have more information please post and support the buyers who already purchased.


So that they can be very caution in terms of building safetyand the buyers who paid the money for the car parking can speak to the builder for getting back their money before the builders sell the entire car park and get the new car parking without effecting the Fire truck movement.


The builder may try to convenience the car park buyers and the payers need not to compromise. Either the car park buyers needs toget signed the final car park layout from fire dept or they need get the new car park without effecting the fire truck movement.


If the builders get the final car park layout signature from CMDA, Fire dpet with there seal and signature then the car park buyers can accept the car park layout.


Since the money is hard earning money of each customer please be careful.


But the construction quality of the project is good . But there is no safety and the Builder is not hesitating to earn money by compromising the safety of the project by way of selling the car park.


Please pass this message to Opulence Owners Association, so that they can fight with the builders as a unity for removing the car parking.


Who ever knows some norms please share the same in this forum to help the opulence flat owners. As a flat owners if we form the unity the builders will think to cheat the customers like above.
