If you have hard earned money to invest then please do not invest at this builders project. I purchased at ganga acropolis, baner. As per our registered agreement our possession was in Dec 2023 and still builder is putting building blocks as current in Oct 2024 and no where nearing possession. Their management never meets customer. Their CRM team don't pick up calls. They upfront says, compensation won't be there ( although it's written in agreement). You are directly or indirectly asked to go to legal actions as per RERA ( as if they don't care RERA). Quality of work at toss as many promised internal or external amenities are not there.

So be aware before investing!

Very very bad experience with Goel Ganga developments “Ganga Acropolis “ project.

Think 10 times before booking flat in any Goel Ganga development projects. There are many thing are different or hidden which you don’t know while booking but later on you will realise there are some false commitments.

When you reach out to sales team on any query they will say all things are already there but in reality it’s not there like PMC water etc.

Also sales team team will you in early morning and after 7-8 pm also if they need to talk.

I have booked flat there but due to many concerns I am not convinced and asked for refund but they refused to return my booking amount. Even after deducting 20-30 % amount also they are not ready to refund.

So pls be aware while booking flat in GGD projects

I booked a 2BHK flat in Ganga Acropolis in Jan 2018 (Goel Ganga Developers)

1. The builder promised flat completion & possession by Dec 2018. On demanding a written commitment where builder gave a separate documented assurance of possession in Dec 2018 apart from unit completion date of Dec 2019 in master agreement. Now after lapse of grace period builder denies compensating for delayed possession of flat & insists on Dec 2019 deadline.

However, during past 7 months, there were no updates from builder about delay in possession & progress of construction.

1. During showcase flat visit, finalization of flat & negotiations, builder communicated that height of the flat ceiling will be 10.5 Ft while it was later discovered during site visit that the actual flat height is going to be 9.6 Ft. When this was raised with builder, they accepted that it was miscommunication between it’s technical & marketing team which was communicated to the customer. Builder agreed to compensate for this.

Now, on these 2 matters the builder denies to give any relief. For all GGD Acropolis current & potential customers, kindly do your diligence carefully. The representatives from GGD give false commitments, are liars, don't bother to communicate at all. A reputed builder which operates in such unjust & deceitful way.

Be vary of their fraud representatives committments & words.
