This builder is totally involved in criminal and fraudulent activities. We all flat owners are deeply harassed because of the unprofessional attitude and behaviour and the compelling reason is, this builder believes in criminalism.

This builder started harassing when the possession time reached and demanded 1 lac 9 thousand without raising any demand letter and also this builder threatened me that you have to pay 40000 in cash and 65000 through cheque or online transaction. When I asked for the demand letter and payment receipt, they denied and told me that latter on will be given and also I was told that if you don't take possession then penalty will be levied. With this apprehension, I paid and after then when I started cross questioning for the demand letter and payment receipt, this builder started threatening and using abusive language.

Another example, as per the affordable housing policy, maintenance is free for 5 years but this builder is raising Rs. 1500 per month and if you don't pay in cash then your electricity supply will be DISCONNECTED. We all have already put our case in High court for this kind of harressment and in spite of that, still this builder is not restricting himself from all the criminal and fraudulent activities.

I can put here many examples which can prove the criminal and fraudulent activities and involved in anti social activities.
