Omaxe the forest spa, so called the dream project of Mr. Rohtas Goel as it is being conveyed by the management is only for the name sake.

Its being 4 years+ since the residents started moving to this place, the day-to-day problems are unending and the list is too long.

However, currently the burning issues the residents are facing on a daily basis leading to a sub-standard and any un-hygienic life are as follows:

1. 
   No permanent electricity connection in the complex despite wrong and misleading commitments given by the management of Omaxe in the last 4 years.
   



2. 
   Another heartening fact is that, many of Omaxe Forest Spa, Faridabad apartments are under lien with India Bulls resulting in No Registry till now(Most of the Residents have already taken possession in the last 2-3 years).
   



3. 
   In-operational Sewage Treatment plants leading to poor quality of water in the society and hence leading to an unhygienic living.
   

Various requests made to the management of OMAXE has gone to the deaf ears and they are not prepared to budge on any of the above issue, resulting the residents being unhappy and dissatisfied with the Quality of Living having spent their life long savings in acquiring these apartments.

Omaxe Hills-Surajkund....the names sound so good. One visit to the site and everything goes up in air. Poor quality of connecting road (especially the one that comes from South Delhi via Surajkund), no market (even for basic reqmnts like bread/milk/ vegetables) in close vicinity, no ATM and public transport around. Probably the company and brokers are trying to encash the Omaxe brand name a bit too much. At Rs. 5000 per sq feet, the company/ brokers probably have high hopes.

Would have been fairly priced if it was at Rs. 4000 per sq feet...about 20% higher than the actual value
