I have booked the flat in @prateek grandcity through Goldmine sales person dated April 2016 and he is committed me Goldmine will give you 61600 INR after your 50% disbursement and give me Cred824it note for the same money but till now Goldmine not give me same money. Many time I have called but they provided excuse builder not releasing aishwaryasingh23ment etc so pls not booked any flat with this firm agent. If you will booked you will cheated.
