Extremely Disappointing Experience, Unkept Promise

Review on Tharwani Meghna Montana, Badlapur, Thane

I purchased two flats in Tharwani's Meghna Montana based on the clear assurance that a specific appliance would be provided as part of the amenities. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, this promised appliance was never delivered. When I sought clarification from their representative, Mr. Mankush Agicha, I was met with a dismissive response: “mai nahi dunga jo karna hai karlo.”

Worsening the situation, Mr. Agicha remarked, “I have that appliance, paise deke lelo, saste mein dedunga.” This comment raises serious suspicions that the appliance might be sold off the books, highlighting significant concerns about the builder's practices and transparency.

Beyond this broken promise, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff were discourteous, and the finishing of the flats fell well below expectations. It appears that quality and customer service are not prioritized in this project.

I invested a significant amount of money based on the commitments made during the sales process. Transparency and accountability are essential in any real estate transaction, yet my experience with both the builder and their team has been far from satisfactory.

I am sharing this review in the hope that future customers exercise caution—verifying all commitments before investing or considering alternative builders—since the staff here appear to make many false claims and promises. I also urge the builder to take these concerns seriously by improving both their customer service and construction quality, and by reconsidering Mr. Agicha's role, as I have heard similar reports of unprofessional behavior from him regarding other customers.
