Absolutely terrible experience with this owner. We lived in the house for two years, treated it with care, and returned it in excellent condition — cleaner and better maintained than when we moved in. Despite that, she decided to deduct ₹75, 000 from our deposit with no valid reason whatsoever.


This was nothing short of exploitation. There was no damage, no justification, just greed and dishonesty. After being respectful, long-term tenants, we were treated with zero integrity. If you’re thinking of renting from this owner — think twice. You might end up being cheated too
