Skylark Builder is a cheater

Review on Skylark Ithaca, Krishnarajpuram, Bangalore

I have booked an unit in Phase 2 of Skylark Ithaca(T 17 - 801) and given 10 lakhs as part of executing agreement. However they din't give me even a receipt for almost 2 months. Later on from Sales team I came to know that there are some internal issues. Also after multiple visits on their sites I met some of the their Directors and they told the project is still on. And I continued with my booking after trusting their words. Then they have send the agreement after 1-2 months. However they couldn't provide original documents with the bank as they don't have NOC ready. Later from the internal team I came to know that Skylark Ithaca project is on hold due to heavy financial crisis. Meanwhile I got an opportunity to travel abroad. Then I met the AGM of Ithaca project in head office of Skylark mansions. AGM promised me that she will get all my 10 lakhs refunded if I waited for a final 1 more month for NOC. After waiting for the time period when I contacted AGM she is telling like they may deduct 20% of my booking. Never ever go for Skylark mansion. One of the worst ever builder. They are big frauds.
