There is no electricity here in Signatur Global golf green sector 79 Gurgaon for 8-9 hours every night. The maintenance staff only diverts this to the powerhouse and says that the electricity will resume the next morning and doesn't share any ETA. It's been almost a month that I have shifted here and every single day, there is a electricity cut off for 8-9 hours specially in the night. They can't even provide a basic amenity like electricity. Worst decision to shift here. I would not recommend anyone to even think of purchasing or renting a flat here.

Pathetic maintenance


6 to 10 days in a year definitely there will be no electricity


Water logging in front of the main gate - car damage is definite if you try to take your car out


Daily hassle for parking place and damages/scratches on the car is obvious - even multiple instances of theft of car covers, bike accessories


Most of the time lifts are non-functional and if you stay in upper floors - get ready for climbing the stairs


Cleaning of common areas are hardly matter for the maintenance


For a short time solution for bachelors / NOT corporate people is okay

Signature global tied up with HDFC bank for its project in Sohna in Phase 2-3 scheme but bank which is finalised and suggested as partner bank by Signature global, is not disbursing payment against demand due to construction not upto desired level but Signature global team is least bothered and putting pressure on customer to pay? Is this justified that customer as per his pocket, went to go for loan, paying monthly interest and bank is charging interest on disbursed amount as well Signature global is also charging compound interest even after entire responsibility of Signature?


Construction stage is far behind as per schedule causing bank unacceptably of payment disbursement.


I tried time’s writing many times to Customer care but always getting diplomatic response and no concrete solution? Please suggest how to proceed further?

This company and their project staff liked Mr. Guneet, Richa and all others are cheater, their sales associates are also cheater. they do fraud and do changes in amount/terms in original application form(by cutting) which they dont accept later.they will show you something at the time of offer but they delivered something else and will do extra demand about 10 lakh on each and every projection. I purchased one shop 36Singm projection, I applied for big shop they give me a very small ATM size shop, they have charged premium amount to me for L shape shop but they give me back side entry whereas to others shop they give two way entry. in name of EDC and final handover they charged extra 10lakh appx. amount to me. when you will approached them nobody will attend your call, will not respond over your message and even will not attend you on your visit. all project team people include project head mr. guneet is himself a unprofessional and cheater! DONT BUY THEIR ANY PROJECT

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of utmost urgency regarding the significant delay in obtaining possession of the floor I purchased from Signature Global. The property is located at Karnal, Unit No. MD65 GF, and the registration for the conveyance deed was completed on 9th June.


On the same day as the registration, I visited the Signature possession office in Karnal to confirm the possession date. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Rathod, who promptly contacted the contractor to confirm the estimated time required to complete the pending work on the floor. The contractor indicated that they would need approximately 10 days to finish the remaining tasks. However, Mr. Rathod suggested a timeline of 15 days, including a grace period of 5 days.


On 25th June, I contacted Mr. Rathod through WhatsApp, attaching evidence of our previous conversation. In response, he immediately informed me that an additional 15 days would be required to complete the pending work. Despite my reservations, I reluctantly agreed to the extended timeline. After waiting for another 12 days, I reached out to Mr. Rathod once more for an update on the possession. He assured me that I could visit on Sunday, 9th July, as possession would be handed over by then, with only 1-2 minor pending issues. He further assured me that the due work would be documented and completed within 2 days after Sunday.


Based on Mr. Rathod's assurances, I made the necessary arrangements and traveled to the office on the suggested Sunday to meet with Mr. Yogesh. During our meeting, I brought to his attention several issues with the floor, including problems with finishing and construction. Unfortunately, Mr. Yogesh requested an additional 3 days to address these concerns, assuring me that the work would be completed by Wednesday.


To my dismay, on Saturday after 5 pm, I received an email stating that possession of the floor would be delayed by another 10-15 days. This news has caused me significant financial losses, as I am currently paying EMIs for the property. Additionally, the unnecessary travel expenses incurred due to Signature's misleading commitments have further exacerbated the situation. Furthermore, I have already arranged for the delivery of my furniture, and I had assured my tenant that possession would be handed over in June. Due to the repeated delays caused by Signature Global, I had to inform the tenant that possession would now be handed over on 20th July. Moreover, the assembly of my woodwork on-site will take an additional week, causing further inconvenience.


Given the circumstances, I kindly request fair and appropriate compensation for the delay, taking into account the financial losses and inconveniences I have incurred. Additionally, I require a commitment from Signature Global to promptly address the numerous queries I have raised regarding the poor construction and interior issues. If the necessary repairs cannot be completed, I expect a reasonable and justifiable compensation to be provided.


I want to emphasize that I am keen to resolve this matter amicably and avoid any legal actions. However, if the situation remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to explore legal remedies.


I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, recognizing the urgency and the potential implications for Signature Global's reputation. I believe that a swift and satisfactory resolution can be achieved by upholding the principles of fairness and customer satisfaction.
