Visited Sattva's project recently. Location and design are quite nice. Construction looks solid. Few minor things could be improved like customer follow up and clarity on timelines.

Still better then many other I have visited. Hoping they maintain the quality till possession.

I checked out a Sattva Group property in Bangaluru. Locations handy, near main road and IT hubs, with decent public transport, though traffics's a pain sometimes. Flats have modern interiors, good layouts, but some fittings seem average. Parking and lift are well done, but maintenance feels bit lax. It's a decent choice for city life, not bad.

If you're buying property from any A grade builder just keep the below things in mind:

1.Please do their due diligence before buying property

2.Invest in builder unit as it's more convenient to deal with them

3.Before Signing or giving cheque read the agreement carefully.

4.Please clarify the car parking before buying flat.

5.Please calculate the flat design value in sqft as per the plan.

6.Please ctry to take flexible EMI plan as per your convenience

7.Take the things in written instead of verbal communication

I had a good experience with Sattva Group Bangalore. Team very helpful, they help me choose property and do paperwork. Some good option in my budget.. little delay happen, was bit annoying but they update me and manage well.. Area very peaceful, many open.. apartment big, building quality also good, feel calm.. amenities nice, view from room very good, lift also fast. Good place for family who want comfort and quiet life

My experience with Sattva project has been really good. My family and I visited the site & sales office a few times and liked the building design with its big windows and natural light. The rooms r spacious and lay out is well plan......the nly downsyd is the lack of near shops for daily needs so we might need to depend on online ordering

They will speak very sweet words and forced you to pay the money. Then when you realised that you are in trap, though you cancelled the apartment they will not return the money and they won't respond.

We are writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue. Although three months have passed, the flat keys have not been handed over to us. This is despite the fact that more than 30 individuals have completed their registrations. Repeated meetings with the landowner, KM Srinivasmurthy, have yielded no response. Excellent location to stay. Well maintained complex and good Neighbourhood. If sum more facilities r added to the building it will become more evn better, had sum minor issues with water supply and electricity but sattva teem got fixed dem pretty soon

I bought a flat from sattva recently. The location is good, and the building looks nice. The area is breezy with a green environment which I really nice. There are some stray dogs and even seen monkeys around, but I guess not much can be done about this. The price was good compared to other builders, and the area is safe. Overall its a good experience.

Advanced construction and smart homes, has ample parking space. Enough carpet size, security is good. I like the location and it's always windy, lifts are big and fast, my friends loved my apartment here.

The architecture and facilities which they are providing is world class. It's beautiful and high profile design provides facilities like gym, swimming pool, basketball & badminton court. 24/7 electricity and maintained car parking space. The good thing is hospitals and markets are very close by to the location for easy access. If you are looking for such facilities, in my opinion you should go for it

Simple red flag is, there is no communication channel (phone, email or visiting their shivajinagar office) available. Buying flat, there will be hick ups from booking to handover. What options buyers have if any one of these departments delay, deny or does not do job properly? Will buyer spend time and go to consumer court?

explore this before buying. Unfortunately i have purchased one and no idea what hardships are there. RWA is only hope.

This one is almost outside the city.

As i have some experience in construction field i calculated the actual price of this apartment.

He is quoting double the actual price excluding his profit.

In return he is providing amenities for extra amount.

Instead of paying double price just to enjoy amenities we can buy bigger size apartment in centre of city itself for same price.

Devraj their salesman is unprofessional. will call you from miles away to view a 1000 tiny apartment buildings facing each other with no view for 2 bhks and wants you to pay 85-90 lakh to stay in a village for 900 sq ft with tiny balcony and shows you the worse unit possible pretending thats the only available unit in entire building with zero follow ups or replies as if he is gifting it for free. stop scamming people for their hard earned money devraj and team, your large screen television you show to customers in an AV room doesnt help to hide your true face.

Worst experience working with salarpuria, management has completed changed and intension is cheating channel partners. Employees like Brajesh Mishra does not give proper information and always threatens and Black mails us on asking information. Also on asking booking copy they balcklist us as they don't want to give credit of sale. On informing higher authority they have given freehold to brajesh and he misuses his power along with Karishma who is a part of their management team.moreover after contacting them frequently there is no response which means they don't have any answer.The building is 10 years old and have changed the name twice. TRUST IS WHAT THEY BREAK.
