"RLF infratech Pvt Ltd" is a small builder who has a project at sector 54 Bhiwadi in name of RLF- "The Park"and RLF-The city. This builder reported its registered office in Rohini Delhi and office in Gurgaon at Sohna Road. But both addresses were found to be wrong. The mail was returned by India post.
This project of Poor quality had RERA registration lapsed in 2022 showing lapsed statusbut they keep giving RERA Registration number to potential customer. They also advertise project on facebook and others that is illegal.
The compnay has handed over project( 50% unsold flats) to local brokers who pose as employees of company . One of them is Vipin Yadav of Future real estates, Bhiwadi. They approached methrough their Facebook adwith company name RLF-The Park and asked me to visit .
The brokers posing as employees asked me to send token money 50, 000 online through UPI linked to a mobile number which was done on 3rd May evening. Next Day I visited with my spouse. We were first asked to fill Application form. Then flat was visited. We found particular flat D75-01 defective in bad condition having several design defects . The overall project was found of low quality .Water was found hard(TDS 550). No sanitation and public water supply was available . I rejected this flat and demanded my money immediately on 4th May. But company has refused to return money and gives no reply. Several other such incidents are seen on internet about this broker VIPIN YADAV. Since three months my money is not returned. No reply is given to mails and notice sent. One Ravindra Sharma was found to be having mobile number through which I was asked to pay. Now no one is available . It is pure scam and fraud . This small project is not sold still after 8 years. all data are wrong. Termite infestation was seen on floor of flat at ground floor. It is very likely the soil has termites. The bank account given on RERA site, the RO and Gurgaon addresses are false and the post returned. The water was found hard(TDS 550)
Avoid this company and project . Both criminals and civil cases are being initiated against owners and broker. The broker insteadcaring for customer is with connivance of small company have looted moneyand don't return money. Since address and phone numbers are wrong consumer cannot contact anyone.
There is no option to take help of law to recover money and damages and interest
Bhiwadi as a town has no scope, has high air and water pollution as per government reports, and facilities are very poor including public utilities, sanitation and water supply.
The cost of flats are very high against estimated cost of Rs 11 lac The approach road and area is bad and gets waterlogged. No STP was seen at site.
