Very disappointing experience with Opera Homes

Review on Opera Anantadhama, JP Nagar Phase 1, Bangalore

Very disappointing experience with Opera Homes. I bought their flat in Devarachikkanahalli. I had purchased their flat with the high expectation as they charge almost the price of a branded projects.

Pathetic quality. Plastering has started coming out of walls. Waterproof works are doing by waterproof experts in this building after every rain.

No after sales services.

No maintenances and they charged high maintenance fee.

No project boundaries as the builders has not built proper compound walls.

If you need to book their flat for some specific reason, request to visit their project in Devarachikkanahalli first and decide.
