I have my own flat in NG Canary project with possession since 2019 and no OC received till date. So I don't need to emphasize on why you should never think of investing in this builders project ever. Firstly the project started way ahead in 2017/18 and by 2019 we booked in their D wing which was being constructed. Possession was delayed until 2022 all reasons given was due to lockdown, still understood. they took 2 years maintenance and no work was done, even till date we are doing the repairs after society handover . The construction is pathetic, dont know what they even charge for with such filthy work done. We have been chasing for OC since 4 years now, but have only been receiving dates after dates.
