Good Project with Quality Construction

Review on ND Passion Elite, Harlur, Bangalore

I own a flat in this project. The handover of the project to flat owners will happen around Aug 2022. There were some huge delays in completing the project due to fund crunch. But last year, the flat owners started funding the project along with banks and the builder. Now the construction is in full swing and the project handover will happen in Aug/Sep 2022 with OC. The quality of construction is good. The amenities provided is good. It is spacious apartments with around 140 units across 5 blocks. The location is very good with new shopping mall, schools and shops in walking distance. Also, all major IT offices of south bangalore are a maximum of 8-9 KMs away from this location. Connectivity and access are also good. Its not a very busy area as well. There are 3 lakes near by and maintained by BBMP and corporates.

Excellent location, great floor plan, excellent quality...better than A class builders...very happy with the project. Well ventilated with plenty of sunshine and open plans.
