I had made the decision of purchasing an apartment at Nambiar Millenia and to this date I regret it! To start with, I think this companys primary motto is to hire the worst possible employees specially in the customer facing roles. The sales team is exceptionally deceptive with an outstanding talent of making fake commitments, and dont even get me started on their unprofessional perverted behaviour, I literally had to get their POSH team involved to get one of their sales managers to stop harassing me!! The other teams are delusional enough to believe that they are more important than the president or the PM. Extremely rude and entitled!
When the sale was made, the sales team themselves said that the handover will be done latest by April or may! Its the mid of July and the project is far from completion.. for all I know maybe my grandchildren will get the handover(mind you Im a woman in my early 30s which means Im not gonna have any grandchildren atleast in the next 30 years). To add cherry on the top of this stinking mess that I have gotten myself into, theres some issue with my bank loan and the bank said they will release the remaining amount after the registration is done, off course its not the builders fault and Im not blaming them either. So all I wanted to do was to check with one of their marvellous team members when can I expect the handover to happen so that I can arrange my funds accordingly. While trying to discuss this issue with their CRM team member Shruthi ( who has an attitude problem, not sure why, its not like shes a movie star or a NASA scientist!!) she totally ignored the fake commitments made by their sales team and said that the sale agreement clearly mentions the handover will be done by Nov 2026 as thats the RERA approved date but they are doing us a favour by trying to complete it by year end Umm okay, good enough girl.. you got me!! When I tried telling her that I had already paid the booking amount and 10% of the total cost before signing the agreement because their sales team chased me like a dog chasing a bone, she had no answer and kept on repeating the same thing over and over again, not sure if its because her communication skills arent that great or she isnt bright enough and has a hard time understanding other people. So you are fighting for your life to prove that you are oh-so professional but cant even accept the fraudulent behaviour of your sales team?? Just wondering how did she get hired here in the first place, girl even KFC will not hire you!! But looking at the progress report they shared I dont think this project will be completed even by this year end unless of course they decide to involve the Avengers!
When I tried telling Shruthi about the issue Im having with the bank, she asked me who is the banking agent who got my loan sanctioned and then she said that this guy does not belong to their banking panel.. well first of all, your banking agents were charging me a ridiculously high rate of interest and the banking agent who got my loan sanctioned was referred by one of your sales managers ( the harasser I mentioned earlier). And then this diva Shruthi asked me to contact the same sales manager regarding this, so basically you are asking me to reach out to the same person against whom I had complained?? Wheres your work ethics??And just to be clear I was not trying to hold you accountable for an issue that I have with the bank, the only question I had was when is the tentative completion date so that I can plan my expenses accordingly, so no need to get so defensive here jeez relax!! Its like a murderer getting super defensive trying to prove themselves innocent 😝
So all Im going to say is if you love your time and money and dont want to associate with disgusting people please avoid this project at all costs
