If you’re considering Mana Projects, I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with this builder. Unfortunately, it has been nothing short of frustrating:

1. Poor Maintenance: Despite paying high maintenance fees, the upkeep of the property is abysmal. Common areas are neglected, and basic services are not properly managed.

2. Water Problems: Water supply is unreliable, with issues cropping up almost every alternate day. It’s a significant inconvenience for all residents.

3. No Handover to Association: Despite promises, the builder has yet to hand over control to the resident’s association, leaving us with no control over key decisions and no transparency.

4. False Promises: The promises made during the purchase process have not been kept, from delivery timelines to amenities. We were sold on a dream, but the reality has been quite the opposite.

5. Poor Management: The management team is unresponsive and disorganized. Getting them to address any issues feels like a constant uphill battle.

6. Elevator Problems: The elevators break down almost daily, causing immense frustration. This is especially concerning for elderly residents and those living on higher floors.

7. High Maintenance Costs: The fees are unjustifiably high, especially considering the lack of proper services and poor maintenance.

8. No Financial Transparency: The builder has failed to share the account details, leaving residents in the dark about where our money is being spent.

Overall, my experience with Mana Projects has been extremely negative. If you’re looking for a home, I’d strongly suggest reconsidering this builder to avoid the frustrations we’ve been enduring.

I must say Mana is one of the best real estate companies not only in Sarjapur but in the whole of Bangalore. You hardly find such commitments and professionalism with real estate companies these days. You won't believe it until you see for yourself. It deserves 6 stars.

Mana real estate is undoubtedly providing the best service in Bangalore. They fulfilled all the commitments made during the booking of our property in Mana Uber Verdant II. I suggest people looking for homes in the Sarjapur area, contact Mana.
