I have recently booked a flat in Dombivili with Lodha group without iod and commencement Certificate in place they are dishing out demand letters for registration of sale agreement. Further they have also given a demand of first construction linked payment without any government approvals in place. Even after repeated communications requesting them for sale agreement Lodha group says that same is confidential and cannot be shared. Please advice what to do.
