this all bulshit all you have written just to earn points or money ... I have just shifted to Lodha palava on rent. First, we were told from PCMA to make your ID card and get access to all the facility. A simple ID card took 1 month to get ready and...when my daughter entered in the clubhouse with her friends for swimming, she was held back saying that she is not authorised for the clubhouse ...what a pity!!

Now PCMA says.... tell the owner to write an email for clubhouse authorisation.....now the fun part , After owner writing a mail for authorisation...now they say update it on the app.

This is worst than the mulncipalti office i think the goverment offices do a better job nowdays.

My owner is 60+ years and stays in vikroli and he dosent use smart phone, he dosent know what is whatss app and PCMA dosent knows what to do ??

What a smart city? I feel its a dum city....running behind one thing again and again and harassing customers.... I think there are know decision makers in Lodha Group.  Read More

i agree with shribisht.This is one of the letters I had to write to them
I am sure there must be some misunderstanding .None of the issues are resolved. I am surprised that Lodha has been very prompt in demanding duly payments .But the same promp...tness is not shown in resolving customer issues.This is really disheartening and disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to buy a flat in Lodha.  Read More
