Me too also interested to purchase by seeing the pictures and videos, its really good. I returning to india by February so that time I will start booking.

I stay in kuwait. so I was stun to see something like this in bangalore and happy to see india is developing, I download the video from youtube and posted here to show all my friends

Golden gate properties is 15 years old company which has served the people so well, my friend, writing negative reviews about any company does not make any sense, even I have 2 flats in golden palms, My sister want flat so  i was searching in golden gate properties saw this feedback coming on front , this negative reviews are intentionally to divert customers.

But Service is good and construction is really good, I am hear from one year I dont find any problem with golden palms

I got this picture in internet it says this is golden grand ??? Is this really happening in golden grand?

have anybody visited this place before??? Please do reply friends.

I recommend this company and I'm personally impressed by the design and plan of the Golden Grand project in yeshwanthpur.

I'm excited about the features it offers and definitely believe this is a place to live in. Location is also very good as I would be directly opposite the metro station, midst the best malls and recreations.

I love the design of their building, I love their quality because they are the best .  I am going to purchase in golden grand, it was good after reading all the reviews I called them, really they are good towards their customer

I would like share with you that finally I have done the registration for my apartment at Golden Grand, Yeshwantpur last week. I am so so happy, it was pending from last couple of year.

There was a delay because of recession and other financial problem but when JM took over the project and Golden Gate Team specially projects and CRM has done a wonderful job. I really appreciate their efforts.

I have noticed people are writing about Golden Gate and staying they are fraud or cheaters. Dont trust them or dont invest with them. I am not able to understand why?

I can understand there projects are delayed or may be amenities are not completed but it does  not mean Golden Gate become cheaters. They are in the market and they are completing their commitment in terms of amenities as well.
