5 years back I had booked a flat in Golden Serenity project, but till it was not completed. Already three years overs.

Till how many years it may take we dont know. They are not having minimum idea on this project. They are collecting huge amounts fro corporate people and enjoying with tha money with out starting construction. Their behavior is like 0beggars.

Better to stay in a rent, but dont invest in this builder and dont be cheated by them. If you have any doubts you can get information on serenity project then you will come to know the exact situation.

If you are giving value to your hard earned money then you don't invest in Golden gate properties. They are not giving value to your money.

They will not give you proper property also. They will cheat you with their cunning words. I am facing problems with Golden gate from the last 2 years.

I struggled a lot with this builder. I never faced such a worst experience any where. So I am warning all the people who wants to buy a property fro Golden gate, remove Golden gate properties from your mind and choose other builders.

Do not spend any money on this company unless the construction is compete.

Only buy if the apartment is complete. I spent some money before one of their construction was built and it took us almost 1 year to get our money back. We had to threaten them to get the money back. Still that construction is not complete(supposedly to complete a year ago).

These people are in financial trouble and trying to move funds from one construction to other. They also were audited by the income tax people for multiple issues. Once again buy only if the construction is all complete. They offer a less price before the construction of complete. Don't go for those options.

Not even 10% of Golden gate Serenity project is completed in 3 years. If anyone is interested to buy any project with them, just enquire about Golden Serenity project. If you understand the truth, you would never book any project with them. They don't have proper idea to complete a project. Raise funds(Big corporate beggars) like begging money by launching a project, redirect funds to their debts and HOLD the project.

I am sharing this on my personal experience with Golden Gate properties. Don't get lured and cheated by these builders. As far I know and comparing with the other builders, Golden Gate stands No.1 in cheating customers, delaying projects, poor customer service.

My recommendation, please verify thoroughly before investing your hard earned money in Properties, do visit the existing finished or unfinished sites, without the builder knowledge and inquire, invest only if your are satisfied.

Many are suffering because of poor quality, delay, arrogant attitude of team post investments.

Also go to public websites and check, how many cases are pending against the builders and verify with your lawyers and Chartered Account Friends.who can give more info on status of the builders.

I booked a property in Golden Serenity, Sarjapur Road in 2012. Still I am waiting to see minimum development in this project.

The project in charge Paul is the most cunning cheat you would find in Bangalore real estate industry. We have an owner's group in Whatsapp and google group. All of our effort to put pressure is waste in front of this crook.

Problems In Golden Serenity:

1. in 4 years hardly 3% work is completed.

2. Documentation work is not proper. They are not eager to share docs for legal verifification

3. Very unprofessional attitude.

4. No newsletter and updates as promised in monthly meetings.

5. No answer to queries asked by plot owners.

6. No money to run projects.

Choosing a Golden Gate home as my new place was the easiest decision I ever had to make. All of their apartments in Bangalore offer fabulous living areas and superb amenities for a complete life.

When it comes to quality housing, few can beat Golden Gate. Some of the flats by these builders in Bangalore awere truly breathtaking.

I'm thrilled to say that my new home In Bangalore will be a Golden Gate Properties limited one. Good outlook of the apartment and been the best place to have apartments in bangalore.  by getting all service at affordable price.Best apartment I had. so I am satisfied with there service.

I purchased one of their apartment in the year 2007. We were told that it will be completed by 2008, but the truth is it is still under construction, and it’s already 6 years late. It has at least another 4 more years before it will be completed. So the project has a delay of~10 years.

Coming to quality of construction, well they claim this is super luxury apartment, but if to make a hole in the wall with drill, half of the wall will break down. My interior fellow had really tough time.

The association and the builder went to court due the residents frustration over delay and not providing basic things like a motorable road.

Even their MD is sitting in Hyderabad and gives a damn about projects in bangalore. He has anyway made his money. My sincere advise, never buy any of their properties, if it’s not fully completed, and do talk to old customers, not through their marketing team but by visiting old projects yourself.

Golden gate properties infrastructure is the best. Having the best in service they helped me in all the issue I had regards home loan. thank's golden gate properties team.

Before taking a property, I confirmed with people who are with the service.and then I got property in golden gate properties. It is the one of the largest builders and developers in Bangalore but not only in Bangalore throughout south India.

I found apartment near white field golden gate way properties and very fond of it and I am interested it's around my budget.

I feel it's a best place for your investment.they have given a complete information about loan where I had problem with it, but today I am very happy that my dream come true of getting a flat in Bangalore.

I have been having pleasant experiences with Golden Gate though I know it is still early days. Ive bought a villa in their 3rd phase. All the discussions and negotiations have been professional from their side. Aman, Paul Raj and Raghuveer are very pro customer and affable.

I've got the allocation letter now. Waiting for the agreement for sale. We went to the site couple of weeks ago. the demarcation of plots I guess are happening.

Hope to see quick action there.

I have suffered (and am suffering) worse. Golden Gate promised to deliver me villa in Golden Homes (Liberty Acres) Phase 2 in Mar 2010. I have been paying EMIs since Nov 2009. But the villa is not even half ready in Jan 2013!!

I have lost lacs in just bank interest for the money they have happily used elsewhere. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!

Friends, be careful of GGPL and don't fall prey to so called positive reviews as it is clever trick of dumb malayali Krishna and customer cheater Seema working in GGPL employed exclusively to post a few reviews to counter customer grievances .

To get true picture meet any OWNER from Blossom , Kadugudi or Palms at Narayanpura , and you can come to know the true colors of these crooks . Golden Grand customers have paid all dues , 6 to 7 years back and still you see ONLY sore thumb like structures .Incidentally , the builder is advertising about helipads for customer 's usage on 20th floor of Grand to avoid traffic snarl .Don' t let them take you for fancy ride (sic) , as it is meant for fire evacuation and if ever you see helicopter landing on Grand , then there will be no GRAND, but towering inferno.

Best source of info is word of mouth and before venturing to GGPL office , make an effort to meet customers living in GGPL's developed property and you will find only disgruntled lot incl me as I am ALSO one of their helpless victim and so called owner of a flat develoed by these crooks .

Interesting to note that all positive reviews (9 in all) are on Oct 24, 2012. Many more positive reviews around the same date.I leave the rest to imagination.

Talking from personal experience Golden Gate properties now renamed Prisha constructions and Primus Properties are extremely callous in giving refunds. The company has a "I dont care a damn now that you are not my customer" policy. This is for projects which have now even seen daylight (Commune project Hyderabad and Bangalore). We have not got refund for amounts exceeding 10L after even pursuring for 4 years. Their staff present quite a rosy picture initially, but then the authorities perform a disappearing act if the deal falls through (deal falls from Golden Gates side). The customers who have probally put their faith and money in such a company leave with a very bad experience and yes talk to other people which gives a negative publicity to the company.

People....see the dates of all the positive responses and you'll know who has been posting it. The rating just went up because of all the good reviews...

Helipad, these are few of the reasons why I planned to pick up this flat and it comes with a good price tag compared to their neighbouring aptts. So just wanted find out if anybody had dealt with Golden Gate and their experience. If it was direct or through a broker as this info would give a good picture of the company as I'am paying it through my nose to pick up the flat it will b very helpful.

The GGPL launched golden gate project in whiltefield 7 years back and promised class amenities like swimming pool, club house etc. But post ~3 yrs of hand over the amenities yet not provided. Seems they take customers granted and don't respect the timelines.

The builder who could have been lead builder due to good design failed to deliver the basics which is committed and charged. Get well soon and please don't take customers granted.

I am a owner of a flat purchased from GGPL. The apartment is situated near Sai Baba Ashram. This builder is just a cheater. For more than 6 years, they have not even provided basic amenities. One of the tower is not complete in 4 years and I am a culprit. There are 112 families who have bought and if you want, just write to me I can arrange feedback from all 112 families in that tower. Even more, out of 525 families in community, each one can give you worst feedback about GGPL.

We have heard that they are trying to sale Golden Grand and other properties at premium rate, and that's why we are forced to write reviews. So that fellow citizens can be saved from loosing there hard earned money.

This builder is now looking for opportunity to close the company GGPL, as he has already launched a project (named something like "Pruksha ...."). The employees are slowly getting transferred to new company. Just beware and be safe economically.

I just pray Tirupathi Balaji to treat their mental problem and bad habits of cheating others.
