Takes your money, and have to struggle to get your money back. They say that they dont have money to refund as either it is deviated to newer projects which will never get completed on time


most of their projects are under litigation.


Management is non responsive. Non refunds, forces you to cancel and takes cancellation fees for no fault of yours


Once you invest they disappear and CRM team shields them.


Protect your investments . One of the worst developers in Bengaluru. Stay away from them. Go to their older projects to get honest review from prior investors who are stuggling even today. Makes sure you get penalties defined on sales agreement that works for you because they never complete the project.
