The builder is worst he is so unprofessional he thinks he is boss and owners of the house are his slave. Feels like we are in school in his building. No transperancy in money matters. He is asking to pay property tax even if u take flat in 2021 he is asking for 2019 onwards so many loop holes he has. He threatens to be a big Don.
