Unreliable Builder, now bankrupt

Review on Amrapali Pan Oasis, Sector 70, Noida

I booked a flat in Amrapli in 2011. Did the down payment and thereafter took a loan from Bank, for which I am still paying Pre EMI.

While the promise was to deliver the house by 2015, even 7 years later there has been no possession. The staff at the builder office was always in cooperative and rude.

Thankfully the project has now been taken over by the Court Receiver and a Govt Company called NBCC is likely to complete the project.

I feel extremely cheated since I have been paying bank EMIs for 10 years ( interest) and also have to pay rent for where I am staying. Am just hoping that the Govt through NBCC now helps to complete the project soon so that I can shift there.
