When you move in to society they charge 2000/- as welcome charge from you and when you leave also they charge 2000/- as farewell charge. When asked for what reason you are charging this money. They replied it is rule. So, be careful with those. Just to drill one hole they charges 300/- when asked they say it doesn't cover in your maintenance charges. So, be careful with these and many more hidden charges.
