There have been many instances where the government projected to implement efforts that will gradually increase the floor space index. This was done in accordance with the facility to foster urbanisation and impart redevelopment of older buildings. But nothing is in effect.

Need of proper light connection

It is high time now that the buyers start vouching for basic amenities like proper food and electricity connection in addition to, connecting road and safe access to drinking water. It is also during these times that the builders are not giving proper details to the buyers who are interested in buying.
