Dont go for them. They sell litigated land and then wash their hands off. Our land has been in the legal case since last 2 years. The plantation has not been done for last 3 years. Its a utter waste of investment. They dont take any responsibility and accountability. They just sell a barren piece of land and that's what it will remain for next decades. Dont waste your time and money with Vibez

Don't fall for this company. Complete fraud company. All previous buyers are crying. Past customers will not say anything as they are afraid of more losses.

If you still go ahead do not say later that you were not warned.

Later addition to the review: this review has been cleverly marked as resolved, but real experience is that Vibez estates will put ZERO effort to address any concerns. They have completely different terms at the time of sale and later they change arbitrarily and the customer can go to HELL if he/she don't go by their terms. It is far better to put your money in mutual funds trust me. You will have peace of mind.

I have purchased a plot with Vibez at Ananthara. I visited the site in the month of May 2013 to see the progress on the promised landfill and the resort. There were delays with the committed dates for each milestone, which according to me is understandable for various reasons. Honestly, I am pleased with my decision to engage with Vibezestates. I was pleased with the way Anantara Resort is shaping up. I would also like to clarify, that this is not a fake review and I am a genuine client of Vibez.

This is experience with Vibez in the past 8-10 months, I'm still trying to complete my purchase with them and waiting for the complete documents to make the purchase.

• Highly unprofessional team, will give fake timelines, basic courtesy and etiquette to have a conversation is missing in the company.

• Fake info provided regarding amenities

• Waiting for the complete documents to this day, again giving fake deadlines, then you have run behind them asking for an update and they will again give another fake timeline.

• CEO and founder not responding on WhatsApp since May.

I have all of this in an email thread, all the key people of Vibez makred in the email, wrote a reminder email to them just sometime back asking for the documents, because as usual they do not have etiquette to get back to customer and update.

We wrote a poor review in 2022 for Vibez due to lack of progress by that time. Today, I am happy to share that Vibez has resolved the issue. There was lack of progress in 2022 however now we see that Vibez has put lots of efforts and Anantara is taking final shapes and ready to become operational.

Here we would also like to reiterate that the registration was done by Vibez professionally and despite of me giving them poor review, they were always professional in their approach towards us answering all our emails timely.

We are also happy to note that lately Vibez has been sharing updates more frequently and communicating with their customers. We congratulate them for the same. Hope they continue to improve and create win-win situation for both company and customer like us.

I purchased 1 Acre land from them, after 6 months I got to know, the same 1 Acre plot they sold to 3 other customers as well, lots of frauds and legal issues are happening after purchasing the land from them, they are so dumb. Instead of getting ROI you will end up paying your entire money in your whole life in legal issues. Please don't fall under the trap of Miss. Shubha for booking. I have checked the profile of each and every person who has given 5 review on google, whoever has given the review, they don't belong from Bangalore.All are fake and paid review given by people who belongs from all over the world, not from bangalore, if you are reading this please check the profile of each and every person who has given the review by clicking on their name and please remember that no one will give 5 star review on mouthshut as well, all are fake review on mouthshut as well .I request you, please do not invest.

Have a different strategy in farmhouse concept etc. They have a nice features with other facilities like they take care of our property once it is owned and very minimal amount of payments are charged that to per year. I was never experienced about farming but these people have a good hospitality to maintain it and we earn a greater capital. It is all Bring home the bacon.

Finally solved issue. During the covid outbreak, there were some delays in their project otherwise everything is fine. Suggest you to do some projects in Bangalore.

My issue resolved. I change my review. I had visited the farms they are into precision farming but they do not have farm houses ready to which are ready for position. They build them based on our requirements it would be good if in case they build farm houses which are ready for possession.

My issue resolved. I have been associated with vibez for past 5 months, I just wanted to share my experience: I along with my brother had been to almost all the companies who work on a similar model of managed farmland with the intention of making investment in a trustworthy company who are good with the paper work and providing good returns. Then I visited the property of vibez estates in Chikkaballapur, their team took great initiative to explain the concept of their project and made us understand that it's a good investment product. Thier legal papers were good. Their titles were clean as I got it verified by my advocate. It was a smooth transition from the time of booking till the registration. Some miss confusion create initially that's why I wrote negative here. But now everything is perfect.

My issue is resolved by team. So now I bought land here and giving a perfect review. I was looking for investment towards farmland and then I browsed and understood that vibez estates was the leading agency in this business model. I was impressed by their idea. Has I stayed in south Bangalore, I visited their project in Channapatna because proximity was my main criteria. I was thrilled after visiting their farmland as it is located in a very scenic place. I made up my mind and invested. Best place to forget everything and stay with nature.

We earn profit money. From a very young age I have loved nature and had dream to make some kind of an investment toward nature. Their ads in the newspaper made me rethink my dream and I called and inquired and I felt it was a decent option for my budget. After visiting the project I just felt that my dream would come true as the location was just cool like I had dream. It's a perfect place in nature for my family. As everyone's dream, I too had a dream of overcoming this hectic polluted city and spending our precious peaceful family time in eco friendly nature and its absolutely fulfilled by Vibez because they not even own a coffee estate and they also take security of it and take entire risk of maintenance in very less cost with good labours. here its not only the dead investment, plantation gives good revenue also. Office staff are very supportive and moreover a Director is very humble, friendly and down to earth person who response immediately whenever we contact with. I am glad to being owner of estate, suggest all the people whoever have a dream like me please go with Vibez estate.

From a very long time, i was looking for investments in some kind of plantations. A year back, i stumbled upon the website of vibez estates and visited the coffee plantations. There coffee estates are situated in sakleshpur, chikmagalore.the entire process of registration of the plantation took around 4 month from the date of my site visit. I paid the booking amount that day itself.the process was quite smooth true.

We went to sakleshpur few days before, its a very good place to stay and we had amazing experience with full of nature and greenery. It is the place to stay with friends and family.
