At the time of possession, new and illogical demands appear which we were not told before and it is quite shocking and surprising that a renowed builder like this will do something like this and threathen to not give us our property because of this reason!

This is one of the problems for realtors who are unable to get benefits of input tax credit in that all the Realtors that have opted for new GST rates, which are lower than the old rates, are not been able to claim input tax credit.

There are many builders who advertise very falsely in the newspapers and in reality when the buyers consult more about the project and try to know more about it, it is then when the buyer are informed about the actual costs of the project.

Hike in charges as compared to initial quotation

When the builder pitches the specifications of the flat with the quotes and full-fledged price details, the buyer is convinced. This leads to the initial payment being submitted to the owner and turns out ot be the cause of general resentment only when it is understood that the problem is the builder increasing the rates after the token is paid.
