Property buyers – Attention.
Before you even consider buying home with VP Spaces, please think a zillion times on what you are getting into.
VP Spaces claims to have a spotless record, but it’s the actual customer who can tell you the truth. For us, it all started with our search for a property for investment purposes and a builder whom we can trust. After a lot of research and recommendation by Favista – a broker firm, we concluded on investing in VP Spaces – Sutajio project. They got us a very attractive scheme on the project with 12% assured return TILL POSSESSION on down payment plan. We opted for the down payment plan and gave over 95% of the total amount as part of the plan.
All paperwork and documents were in place and we handed over our hard-earned money to V P Spaces. However, at the time of signing the Buyer Builder agreement TILL POSSESSION became TILL OFFER OF POSSESSION. When we raised an objection we were informed that since the offer of possession is made just before the possession we need not worry.
It ran smoothly from Nov 2014 to Dec 2017, however, post that things took a turn only to get uglier. We received the offer of possession in Jan 2018, post which we went for the inspection of the flat. To our disbelief, the construction was nowhere near completion. When we raised it with the builder there was no reply. Even after multiple follow-ups, we haven’t got any reply from the builder on the date of possession. Also, the assured return was stopped post-December 2017.
As of today, on 16th May 2019, we still await a reply from VP Spaces. We have no clarity on the date of possession and status of 12% assured return. Every time we call them some false timelines are given. Also, they clearly deny committing anything in written or on mail. We have be running pole to pole for last 1.5 years but haven’t got any solution.
So gentle request to you all, if you want to save yourself from harassment, you have other good builders in the market. Please invest carefully.
