I have brought 1200 sq feet plot in Upkar Green Valley( Nelamangala) in 2014 at the rate of Rs.800/- per sq Feet .

Now the Market Value of same plot increased to Rs.1500 per Sq feet .

They only create projects in main locality . Other projects of Upkar Group is also nice.

Happy to purchase plot with upkar group project

Hi I am Sunil Gupta, purchased a plot in Upkar meadows long back for Investment purpose .

Now I am totally happy with surrounding developments

The Entrance of Upkar Meadows layout is Road is widening to 100 feet Double Road .

I had enquired the land cost in Arbors by the Lake which is just opposite to Upkar meadows .they are charging Rs.6000/- Per Sq Feet .I got stunned for a while .

And I enquired with Celebrity Harmony they are Charging 1.10 Crore for a Villa

Celebrity serenity they are charging Rs.4000/- per Sq ft .

I am damn happy for my Investment

Upkar meadows is Admirable Place to Live

Upkar Meadows is very huge layout which consists of 700+ plots, Recently it covered under Town Municipal Council and within 2 years directly it comes under BBMP Limits .

Some strangers without having proper knowledge posted wrong over viewed on maintenance aspects .

Rest all maintenance( garden, street lights, parks up keep, road taring etc etc) activities comes under the government head,

Upkar Management failed to keep up their promise in 2 things i.e Swimming Pool, Club house

when compare to other layouts in E city, Jigani . I Vote Upkar is best in all aspect .

This is place made for those people who are stressed out of their busy schedules in their life. Peace full safe place. Good Supportive staffs. very big project. Very Near to Electronicity Wipro. Good Locality and good neighbourhood. Good Schools are available. living cost is also less. Valuer for money you invest here. upcoming swimming pool. and club house.
