Public money not used for public space

It is a common problem that is not resolved but is noted by the residents that the open spaces that are currently reserved in the city are not built up using the money that is funded and deposited by the common public. This needs to change.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do not agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

Bad quality construction material.

Just to save some money on the project, they used bad quality construction material and that is causing us so many problems now because we have to spend so much of our time and money on repair and reconstruction. Also, they highly overcharged us saying that they will use good quality material and this is what we get!

There have been many cases where the details of the amenities that are very basic and should be properly provided in hand to the buyers are not provided first hand even after the buyers have registered the flat and they have started to stay there.
