Probably one of the only projects in this area that gives you private terraces. While I understand that there was a delay in the project completion. I am very happy to say that my dream home construction was done correctly, and good materials were used. I can say this without a doubt because I, myself, am a civil engineer having 23 years of experience.

The architecture is superb, a beautiful private terrace with every home & very pleasant atmosphere to live in. The project gives you calm and peaceful vibes the moment you step inside. Appreciate the quality of work.

Each individual from the Terraza team has been lovely. My strong recommendation to those who are looking for the right place to invest just go with Terraza. Do not go with the overall reviews that you see here because the past has not been good but the Terraza team has come back so strongly that all the neighbours who I know in Terraza are praising them for their efforts. Just how the SWAMIH fund, from the Govt is helping some delayed projects to get back on track, at Terraza, SA Lifestyle has taken over and has completed the project. We have also got the much-awaited OC! Thank you to Terraza team for supporting the project and completing it despite of all the challenges.

I booked a flat with Unishire back in 2014. Followed by that I ended up waiting for years due to the delay in the project's completion. But I would not hesitate to take this platform to share that, my experience has completely changed from the time S.A Lifestyle took over.

They came in to promise the delivery of the project along with proper documents. And they did deliver on every commitment they made.

I am now staying in the flat and having an awesome experience.

We had invested in a flat constructed by unishire in 2016 was promised to be given by 2017 . It's 2019 and the building is half finished . The quality is horrible , they are cheaters . Do not invest in unishire .

I am writing this per my experience with Unishire as I purchased an apartment in Unishire Premia. I would recommend any one having questions/concerns relating to Unishire quality of construction to certainly visit this property and Unishire Terraza.

I do understand from them that Unishire went into lot of initiating new launches spree and kind of went off track in rather delivering finished product.

I interacted with Sales person Mr Venugopal in Feb and I had 3-4 options to purchase in and around that area but in April I decided to firm up my decision with Unishire Premia.

Since then and till yesterday my experience has been pleasant with them. I have made many site visits with family and friends and they did facilitated few and Mr Venugopal and others on site have always been welcoming before and after the purchase.

I got the documents reviewed with one of well known lawyer of Bangalore and he did advise to go ahead as the project has all approvals and at no point of time Unishire team hesitated to share any document which we demanded.

My family is looking forward for the project completion and we strongly believe that it will be a successful venture of Unishire and good investment from our point of view. We really hope and wish they meet the time line.

This is my review and my opinion about Unishire and their Premia & Terraza project in particular and would recommend any one interested in Unishire to visit these projects if they want to buy as both these are nearing completion.

Basically it's a well structured project, with good amenities.project is at prime location , few minutes by walk from Manyata Tech park.I am happy for investing in this apartment.

Fundamentally Terraza is a great project. The project was delayed however OC is obtained and since then close 80 percentage buyers have registered. Facilities have improved since OC is received. COVID didn't make things easy in terms of pace.

Unishire Terraza located behind manyata Tech Park. Project is ready to move with OC. Excellent location and beautifull property.

I Have gone through numerous project near to manyata tech park. I Found this is the best project. Good things often come to those who wait.even though I waited me and my family are very happy with our apartment at unishire terraza. VALUE FOR MONEY.
