It is high time now that the establishment of regulatory rules ensures accountability of the property buyers and protect their interests alongside bringing transparency in the various transactions that are carried out so as to actively indulge the buyer's interest.

Since there is a pipeline of a long list of inventories that is remaining unsold, it has been seen that most of the inventory stock has been lying unsold by the developers since they have been unable to launch new projects as the old ones have not yet been sold.

The property is made on an area that is prone to disaster and they have not taken any safety measures, which is appalling.

You do not get the freedom to design your house the way you want here. They will ask you for the designs of everything right from the furniture to the paintings that you want to put on the wall and you have to get their approval first, which is so not fair.

During the time of possession, they made some unfair demands that we could not agree with and this caused us a lot of problems.
