Horrible experience and never ending nightmare! Started investigating in the project since 2012 and it’s still a barren land with no hope of completion in the near future. I have invested in diz company in 2016 for 1200 sq.ft in terracon residency mysore i got to know about diz company dat they only fool people n never alot any plot....after using money for few years n sell d same plot to new customer wid higher price....specifically shashank and sanjay r d sons of mr.babu....trained specially to lie n never give interaction wid clients n answer dem......my friend has got refund cheque but never honored...after investing got to know from d village people even dey r cheated n money has been not given so took land back....beware people....

I , four years back paid 2 instalments of amount for 3 sites. There is no indication or information from this project about registering sites. 13.10 lakh rupees dead investment. When I approached the concerned head, they issued 4 post dated cheques , out not which first two were honoured. Remaining two were dishonoured. Till now I am calling them, and have sent 38 messages. The Management is avoiding me

Paid amount for the plot in SVP project chikkatirupati and it’s more than 7 year till now registration is not done and now also they are saying it will take time. Please provide me details if anyone already filed any case or FIR against them. Some of the buyers are planning to file the case against them.. many of us Paid instalments for 2 years. Till now there is no registration done. Our money is stuck for the last 6-7 years. Terracon and SV projects are not reliable.Avoid them at any cost.

Hi All,

Terracon Projects is about to complete. After efforts the projects have come close to Registrations. I had paid 800000 for site 191 earlier , now due to new plan changes as per BMICAP , I have been alloted site no : 73. Both the payments they recived in cheque itself. Mr.Mahesh Marketing manager has been a good liasing officer between expecting customer and management to relieve pressure. Because of his efforts i got the allotment letter , and i have seeked banks for loans. Waiting for final documents from TR.

People can think of Investing in the 2nd Phase, its getting connected by other layout to MIT college . It will be a good investments in Times to.come.

Paid instalments for 2 years. Till now there is no registration done. They keep telling the same story everytime I meet them. My money is stuck for the last 6 years. No development at the site. Terracon and SV projects are not reliable.Avoid them at any cost.

It is a pity that people like these are not scared of the law. It will take at least 100 years to get justice against such fraudsters. But I will still fight. I am unable to give a single star rating. Giving it 3 star just to submit my review. Actual rating is 1 star.

Cheating customers is best know to these people. They sell land to the people they know at cheaper price. Take amount for the same from 4-5 customers and keep them waiting for years without doing registration. after 2-3 years they say they will return the money and tell the modus operandi, we had sold this to save some income tax and the people registered are out of country and keep you waiting for another year. So a total of 3-4 years taking money without interest they will return back. Use that money for the expenses. They had given a cheque which bounced and currently we are roaming around courts to recover money. FRAUD has a new meaning in Terracon.

We are facing lot of issue with terracon. It has lots of legal problem. Apart from this SV babu is asking more price then initially agreed upon in agreement. Moreover banks are not providing loan. Terracon presurrise and asking to register under GPA by paying full cash The GPA document is ruled out by supremcourt from 2011 onwards.

Mangala who is incharge of terracon speaks rude

Until and unless you get legal document and bank loan assurance . Dont invest at all.

Be careful and spread message. We get refund with all interest by filing a consumer case.

This problem with terracon sai residency phase 2 and 3 in hattibele. I heard all most all of projects in terracon has the same problem,
