I got an SMS from TATA Housing regarding booking on line for their project in Bangalore so I paid Rs 30000 for booking after that there was a flurry of calls for submitting the application form and as I am apartment resident of Goa informed them so. Tata sent the form by e mail as they had set a deadline for submission of the form anyway I submitted the form and electronically transferred an amount of Rs 100000  I had an opportunity to go to Bangalore and visit Tata Housing and visited the site saw 3 towers nearly built but was shocked to see more than 20 towers being readied for construction all the same my confidence was shaken and on the return flight to Goa happened to browse through the newspapers which had a shocking news of illegally converted properties from >B KHATTA to A KHATTA  I then decided that TATA was not my idea and decided to withdraw but was shocked to find out that THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY PAID AMOUNT OF RS 130000(RUPEES ONE LAKH THIRT THOUSAND)**They Quoted Clause 6(b) and forgot to mention Clause 6(a) which is a CLEVERLY CHEATING INTENDED CLAUASE by saying FULL MONEY WITHOUT INTREST WOULD BE REFUNDED IF WITHDRAWAL IS DONE WITHIN 45 DAYS and here is HOW THEY CHEAT YOU by ADDING IF NOT ALLOTTED Please tell me when you fill in the application don't you make your choice of apartment which they promptly allocate?

THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAY MY MONEY SO BE VERY CAREFULL PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD

TATA Housing is selling apartments like mobile phones on Snapdeal. They put up notifications on Snapdeal about the registrations starting next day morning 10 am. Most people booked it thinking it was a one-off sale. But, till date we find hundreds of apartment units unsold.

This is totally unfair. All apartments are not like cell phones that they are similar looking. People should personally review the apartments before booking them online.

TATA Housing seems to be making a lot of money by making booking amount not refundable. Most of the people book the apartment and later realise they have made a mistake and their booking amount is acquired by TATA people. Big company but cheap strategies to take away people’s money.

They should make booking amount refundable so that prospective customers can either go ahead or withdraw after having a look at the apartments.

One of a Kind in this segment. Visited the Site Couple of weeks back and the experience I had was just amazing . One can actually have a 360 degree panoramic view of the entire Bangalore city.

The Units are quite spacious with Ultra Luxury Fittings, like the Greek marbles used for flooring which attracts your eyes as soon as you enter the apartment. Very Professional Sales team as well.

If one is looking for a luxury lifestyle, this might be a perfect buy for them .

Amazing View from all apartments and you feel that you living on top of the city; great value for money and good quality construction, the project is one of a kind and the Brand Tata stands for trust .

Moving in soon, the apartment layout combined with the view was amazing. I really like the amenities in the clubhouse especially the infinity pool with the view and the temperature controlled swimming pool. I wish they could have added a badminton court also. The complete buying experience was flawless as the employees were very helpful
