Bought a piece of land to fulfil our dreams with these people.

Initially it seemed well. We were very correct and on-time with our payments.first phase goes well .problem starts once your second phase of amount is given to them.Your dream house is standing there with few bricks and cement.And losing your peace of mind starts here.You go asking for them to.complete and give.First thing it will be very difficult to catch hold them.once you meet them.you are just muskified, later same story.Small work takes year together or it never happens.With all this drama going on you actually forgot that you had paid for amenities which till date they have never provided.Somehow after two and half to three years you get your house with extra money spent on it.And later minor repair work keeps on piling you.
