I bought a 2 bhk flat in February 2019 in a supertech the valley, sector 78 Gurgaon, and have done 40% of the total amount of the flat. Five years have passed, but there is still no construction on the site, and even they have not dig the soil of the F tower. Now they are giving excuses and making a new story on every 2 months that we have transferred this land to the other builder, and they will do construction in the next 2 years, and you will get possession of the flat in the next 2 years. We have also applied for the fresh rera, and now we are waiting for the same. Being a customer, I have been frustrated because I invested my hard-earned money in the project to get a flat, but now I feel cheated by the builder. Rera and the government are not taking any action against this builder. Also, the people who cancelled the booking of the flat have not received a single penny from the builder; I mean, they are not returning the amount to the customer. So before investing your hard-earned money in the supertech, please think 1000 times. They are fraud builders, and the government . can't do anything to them.

Waiting for the fraudulent delayed possession from last 6 years ( 2018 ) purchased in 2015 . Supertech has lost all its credibility.

Supertech Builder is fraud. Do not invest in their properties.

I booked my flat in 2015 Basera Project(Under Affordable Housing). By 2018 I have made 100% payment to Supertech and still no progress in construction.

As per GOV rule I tried to cancel my booking but they are not ready to take my cancel request.

When I forced them they start saying they can take my cancellation request but my money will be f when my unit will be sold and there is no time line.

Fraud company please do not invest your money in supertech.

I booked flat in 2016 and possesion was in 2018 but still 20 percent work completed and all work closed from last 2 year.

Giving wrong assurance to customer that will start possesion very soon. HRERA also involve in this scam. All are thief.

Please dont invest in supertech.

Too much delay in possession.3-4 yrs delay.promised date was mar 2019. And till may 2020 only first flour of my tower has been under processing .even structure are not ready.totaly fraud

I booked in 2016. During booking they promised to give possesion in 1st quarter of 2018. Now they are telling they will provide in 1st Q of 2020. Recently I visited the site. I think they will take 3-4 years more to complete the project. Don't know what to do. Please anyone suggest. I don't have more money to buy another one and I need a flat badly to live. I am not able to pay both home loan emi and rent together.
